Heads they win, tails we lose. If Democrats win an election, they impose their agenda through elected representatives. If they lose the election, they impose it through unelected judges that serve as party apparatchiks — like US District Judge Paula Xinis.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien regarded as an MS-13 gang member who has been convincingly accused of human trafficking and wife beating, was deported back to his own country El Salvador. But a liberal judge ordered him to be brought back. The Trump Administration has been trying to deport him again. But the liberal establishment vigorously defends the lowlife known by the media as a “Maryland father.’

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis said that “since Abrego Garcia’s return from wrongful detention in El Salvador, he has been re-detained, again without lawful authority” and granted his petition to be freed from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody. …

“Because Abrego Garcia has been held in ICE detention to effectuate third-county removal absent a lawful removal order, his requested relief is proper,” Xinis added.

Apparently withholding removal orders allows activist judges to prevent deportation of illegal aliens.

Imagine trying to clean up the largest invasion in human history when even deporting an infamous scumbag drags on for years because the liberal establishment sides with criminals and foreign invaders. Trump faces a Herculean task.

Bad news for the USA. Chancellor Friedrich Merz of Germany’s moonbat uniparty finds American policy “unacceptable.”

Merz said Tuesday the new US National Security Strategy unveiled last week contained parts that were “unacceptable to us from a European perspective.”

Merz et al. don’t like it that the strategy acknowledges increasing left-wing tyranny in countries like Germany and the UK.

Sniffs Merz,

“I see no need for the Americans to now try to save democracy in Europe. If it needed saving, we would be able to handle that on our own.”

Glad to hear it. Then you won’t need US taxpayers to defend you from Russia. If you stop wasting your own money on extravagant welfare benefits for Third World colonists, you can afford to defend yourselves.

But wait, maybe they need the USA after all. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte says Russia might attack NATO within 5 years.

“We need to be crystal clear about the threat. We are Russia’s next target,” Mark Rutte said during his keynote speech at a Munich Security Conference event in Berlin.

Some say Russia will attack Europe to test the cohesion of NATO, despite not being able to handle its former province Ukraine.

Europe is more seriously threatened by an invasion that is already underway. It appears likely to result in not merely the conquest but the permanent erasure of whole nations via demographic obliteration. No serious defense against it is planned. Listen in horror as President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen calls for “more safe, safe pathways — legal pathways — to Europe” and “more bridges between our continents” — i.e., between Europe on one hand and numberless hordes of welfare colonists from the Middle East and Africa on the other:

If Europe really wants to commit suicide, there isn’t much the USA can do about it — other than refrain from indirectly financing it by picking up an outsized share of Europe’s defense tab so it can attract more colonists with exorbitant handouts.

Among zillionaire moonbats, competition is stiff to become the most conspicuous ecohypocrite of all. Leonardo DiCaprio may have been dethroned by Mark Zuckerberg.

The 41-year-old Meta boss, worth roughly $230 billion, has reportedly been burning hundreds of thousands of gallons of diesel fuel since launching his personal, 387-foot vessel last year.

The yacht, dubbed Launchpad, runs on four diesel engines that use about 291 gallons of fuel every hour, which allegedly emits 40 tons of CO₂ over that same period of time.

Meanwhile,

Zuckerberg, an outspoken advocate for climate change policies such as the Paris Agreement … has spent more than $100 million funding climate advocacy and related initiatives through his philanthropic organization.

In 9 months, Launchpad managed to burn over 528,000 gallons of diesel.

That usage amounted to more than 5,300 tons of carbon emissions being released by the one ship alone, the same as nearly 400 US households over one year.

Launchpad doesn’t sail alone:

The mega yacht has been accompanied on its journeys by a 220-foot, $30 million support ship called Wingman, which can carry smaller boats, a miniature submarine for exploration and even a helicopter.

The climate won’t mind. Zuckerberg can afford to buy lots of offsets.

‘Stopping climate change is something we can only do as a global community, and we have to act together before it’s too late,’ Zuckerberg said in 2017 while condemning President Trump’s decision to pull out of the [economically suicidal] Paris Climate Accord.

Zuckerberg’s supportive rhetoric probably goes a long way to make up for all his diesel fumes in the mind of the climate.

An electric school bus burst into flames in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, prompting a massive emergency response and shutting down a stretch of the 210 Freeway in Sylmar, authorities said.

The oversized moonbatmobile burst into flames as it went under an overpass at 9:20 a.m.

Sky5 was over the scene as heavy flames and thick black smoke poured from the fully involved bus.

The driver was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Fortunately, there were no kids on board this time.

Let’s hope the climate is pleased.

Somali Student Promises to Shoot ICE Agents

A Somali Minnesota college student has come under fire for threatening to “pop” ICE agents in an expletive-laden viral social media rant.

Hasan Mohamed was blasted after he posted the menacing anti-ICE tirade on social media, where he vowed to shoot immigration agents the next time they show up in his Owatonna neighborhood.

Mohamed is a student at Minnesota State University, where his viewpoint is no doubt reinforced at taxpayer expense.

Australian Woman Punished for Objecting to Men in Women’s Soccer

In moonbattery-addled Australia, resisting transsexualism isn’t merely frowned upon; it is punished expensively:

An Australian women’s rights advocate has been ordered to pay a combined total of $95,000 AUD to two trans-identified men, with an additional $40,000 penalty in the case of non-compliance. Kirralie Smith was found guilty by a New South Wales court of “unlawfully vilifying” two trans-identified males who made headlines for participating in women’s sports.

Justin “Riley” Dennis and Nicholas “Stephanie” Blanch lodged criminal complaints against Smith for raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s football [i.e., soccer]. Smith, a spokeswoman with Binary Australia, a campaign group dedicated to advocating for single-sex sports in Australia, had been raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s sports after learning of injuries sustained by female players.

The judgement was decided by Magistrate Sharon Freund on August 26, who stated: “I am satisfied that the defendant unlawfully vilified the Plaintiff … when she referred to the plaintiff as a male or a man.”

Stating an indisputable objective fact is now criminal in Australia. That’s the point of transsexualism: to make reality illegal.

Smith was also ordered to issue an apology in the form of a pinned post on all her social media pages and then not to post anything regarding “the plaintiff or their football team.”

If the ruling holds, by no reasonable definition can Australia be considered a free country. It started as a penal colony and is ending as an insane asylum run on an authoritarian basis by the craziest of the inmates.
