Homicidal maniac Decarlos Brown is hardly the only repeat offender who it was grossly irresponsible if not malicious to inflict on the public. Consider Anthony Jelks:

Just weeks after being released from prison after his most recent arrest, Anthony Jelks is accused of raping a little girl and giving her an STD.

“We’ve arrested him six times over the last 6 or 7 years,” Baton Rouge Police Chief T.J. Morse told WAFB. “Everything from firearms charges to domestic abuse battery, violation of protective orders. He’s currently on probation.”

He gave the child chlamydia when he raped her on August 1. On Monday, he started to miss his three hots and a cot and turned himself in. Later he will be loose again.

The criminals aren’t the problem. Every society has criminals. The problem is the liberal activists who have infested and subverted the justice system and misuse their position to unleash the criminals on the public. The judiciary is rotted through with moonbats like US District Judge Indira Talwani:

A Barack Obama-appointed judge delivered a blow to the Laken Riley Act, a law that passed with bipartisan support and that prioritizes the arrest of illegal aliens with certain criminal records.

We encountered Talwani previously, when she ruled that federal taxpayers must be forced to fund Planned Parenthood, Hyde Amendment be damned.

Talwani ruled late Friday that detaining an individual solely on the basis of his prior arrest record violates due process. The case involved a young illegal immigrant arrested for shoplifting on July 4.

As with abortion funding, her ruling expresses contempt for the law:

The Laken Riley Act, the first bill President Donald Trump signed into law in his second term, requires Immigration and Customs Enforcement to arrest and detain illegal aliens who “commit theft offenses” and also gives states the authority to sue federal officials who refuse to enforce immigration laws. The law is named after Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, who was murdered by an illegal alien in February 2024.

There will be plenty more Laken Rileys if it is up to Indira Talwanis.

This isn’t the first time Talwani wrested control of immigration enforcement away from our elected president:

In April of this year, in a separate immigration case, Talwani blocked the Trump administration from revoking the work permits of 530,000 illegal immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

The moonbat opposes not only US laws and US sovereignty, but also freedom of expression and factual reality:

In June 2023, Talwani sided with a Massachusetts school district to prevent a 12-year-old student from wearing a T-shirt that said, “There are only two genders,” at school.

She has also demanded ICE stop arresting illegal aliens as they leave Massachusetts courthouses.

Barack Obama will continue to inflict damage on our country so long as judges he appointed remain in power. The same goes for his corrupt senile sidekick Joe Biden.

If you enjoyed watching an innocent young woman butchered by a maniac with at least 14 prior arrests on the light rail in Charlotte, thanks are due not only to the moonbats in charge (e.g., Mayor Vi Lyles, Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes) but to the MacArthur Foundation, which paid the county to let criminals run loose:

The $3.3 million grant from the MacArthur Foundation was reported by the Daily Wire’s Mega Basham, who wrote, “Another factor in the death of Iryna Zarutska on Charlotte’s light rail–the left-wing MacArthur Foundation giving Mecklenburg County a $3.3 million grant to reduce the jail population. Specifically as part of “racial equity aims.”

The libs running Mecklenburg County were extra happy to take the money because they share these aims:

The county noted that between 2014 and 2017, it reduced its jail population by 11 percent. “While these numbers are worthy of celebrating, Mecklenburg County’s Department of Criminal Justice Services continues to search for ways to reduce the use of incarceration for defendants.” The county noted specifically that “Despite making up approximately 47 percent of the local population, African Americans and Hispanics make up 82 percent of the jail population.”

This is because blacks and Hispanics commit more crime than whites do. The liberal solution is to achieve equity by letting criminals of color free to prey on Caucasians.

Few will be surprised to read that the MacArthur Foundation also pours cash upon NPR and PBS. At least our tax dollars are no longer forced to fund these malevolent propaganda platforms — until Democrats regain power.
