Alleged Ally Spain Sides Against USA

When the going gets rocky, you find out who your friends are — and who they aren’t. Roto-Reuters reports on our alleged ally Spain:

Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares said Spain would not allow its military bases, which are jointly operated by the U.S. and Spain but under Spanish sovereignty, to be used for attacks on Iran, which Spain has condemned.

Spain’s professed loyalty is not to its allies but to the malignant United Nations:

“Spanish bases are not being used for this operation, and they will not be used for anything not included in the agreement with the United States or for anything that is not in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations,” Albares said, speaking to Spanish broadcaster Telecinco.

Consequently, 15 aircraft — primarily refueling tankers — that had been permanently stationed at the Rota and Moron military bases in Spain have had to be moved.

FlightRadar24’s tracking website showed nine tankers departed on Sunday from the Moron airbase in southern Spain and headed towards Germany.

Moron is an apt name for a base in a country run by moonbats.

Americans are obliged to go to war if necessary to defend Spain, even as it turns its back on us and commits suicide by undoing the glorious Reconquista by mass immigration. We might need to rethink some of our alliances.

According to polls, next on the list of Democrat presidential contenders after failed joke of a candidate Kamala Harris and failed joke of a governor Gavin Newsom is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. She demonstrated the level of competence and patriotism her presidency would entail on the world stage at the Munich Security Conference that wrapped up over the weekend.

Marco Rubio had made a truly excellent speech stressing that Europe and the USA must stand together in defense of Western Civilization. It is well worth watching:
