For now, doctors can still object on grounds of conscience. But they have to prove to bureaucrats and the increasingly ultraleft healthcare establishment that a “sincerely-held belief” prevents them from wanting to mutilate children, rather than simple decency a.k.a. transphobia. That would put the kibosh on many a career.

It isn’t only doctors who are pressured to succumb to the Regime’s ideology. Even pharmacists must comply. Law & Liberty draws our attention to an article published in the Journal of the American Pharmacists Association entitled “Exploring LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency and DEI in Continuing Education: A Cross-Sectional Review of U.S. Pharmacy Legislation”:

The article … approvingly writes about California Assembly Bill 2194 that requires an hour of continuing education in so-called cultural competency for pharmacists (approximately 32,000) and pharmacy technicians (approximately 37,000) to renew their licenses: “Requiring LGBTQ+ cultural competency training will help pharmacists uphold the Oath of a Pharmacist to promote inclusion, embrace diversity, and advocate for justice to advance health equity and to assure optimal outcomes for all patients.”

In other words, Californians must undergo brainwashing in transgenderism to work as a pharmacist.

The tyranny applies beyond the medical profession. Whatever your line of work, you are required to comply with transgenderism:

Obesity is not a slur or an oppressed identity but a medical disorder that will take years if not decades off your life. It is associated with heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, osteoarthritis, gout, depression, gallbladder disease, and obstructive sleep apnea, among other conditions.

Stern also claimed that Biden has “cut emissions in half” (no, he hasn’t). The former shock jock-turned-Democratic activist also falsely accused Republicans of being “pro-Putin” simply because some wanted U.S. border funding to accompany Ukraine aid. And when Biden (again) claimed he was arrested standing alongside a Black family on their porch when he was a youth, a claim that had been thoroughly debunked, Stern stayed silent. …

Overall, both men got exactly what they wanted: Stern proved he can kiss butt on a Colbert/Kimmel/Meyers-like level while impressing his A-list celebrity friends in the Hamptons, while Biden came across as a sympathetic figure who loves his family.

But the interview was live, so Biden managed to make a mistake, even with the obsequious suck-up Stern:

“I don’t know if you’re going to debate your opponent,” Stern said.

That was Biden’s cue to proclaim that he would be happy to debate Trump but regrettably he cannot due to unspecified unacceptable behavior on the part of our 45th (and hopefully 47th) president. But as his handlers no doubt groaned, Biden mumbled,

“I am, somewhere, I don’t know when. I’m happy to debate him.”

Trump’s response was immediate:

“Everyone knows he doesn’t really mean it, but in case he does, I say, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE, an old expression used by Fighters.”

Will not happen. If the bumbling Biden can’t even get through an interview with a lackey like Howard Stern without screwing up, imagine what Trump would do to him on a debate stage, regardless of how many drugs his handlers pump into Creepy Joe.

When audio circulated on social media supposedly of Pikesville High School Principal Eric Eiswert saying unflattering things about blacks, local media worked the public into a lather, even broadcasting footage of the front of Eiswert’s home. Police were called in to prevent violence at the school.

It was implied that Eiswert’s thought crimes were too horrible to air on television. But the racist rant could be heard on social media:

The improbable story was too good for the media to check. Eventually, AI experts checked it anyway — and found this:

[T]he audio was generated by an AI program that’s extremely simple to use. All you would have to do is upload a short audio file containing a voice — it can be just a single sentence — and then you can have the AI say whatever you want, in that person’s voice.

For once, a hate hoaxer is facing consequences:

Police have arrested the school’s athletic director, a 31-year-old man named Dazhon Darien, and charged him with creating this AI voice file. Specifically, he’s been hit with a variety of offenses, including stalking, theft, and disruption of school operation.

Unsurprisingly, Darien is an oppressed Person of Preferred Pigmentation.

It turns out that he was under investigation by the principal for allegedly paying teachers under the table using school funds. There was also other alleged misconduct as well, so Darien’s contract wasn’t being renewed. In response, he decided to generate fake evidence that he was being fired because he’s black. On the tape, the principal supposedly says he needs to get rid of black employees by any means necessary — including D.J., which is Darien’s nickname.

We know what will come next, as deep fake technology continues to improve:

Imagine AI-generated videos of police officers killing unarmed black suspects. Is there any doubt that kind of video would cause nationwide riots?

The malevolent media will have no interest in debunking the coming wave of deep fake hoaxes; on the contrary, it will bend over backward to promote them, so as to drive both ratings and its phony narrative.

More than ever before, we need to remember: if a story sounds too good to be true from the liberal point of view, that’s probably because it is not true.
