Pope Leo has raised red flags regarding Marxist moonbattery and LGBTism, but he shows encouraging support for free speech.

The Blaze reports:

“It is painful to see how, especially in the West, the space for genuine freedom of expression is rapidly shrinking,” the pope said. “At the same time, a new Orwellian-style language is developing which, in an attempt to be increasingly inclusive, ends up excluding those who do not conform to the ideologies that are fueling it.”

The Thought Police aren’t going to like his failure to embrace the Newspeak Dictionary.

The 70-year-old explained that the inclusivity paradox leads to other consequences, such as the restriction of human rights, including “freedom of conscience.”

Suppressing freedom of conscience via control of language is the point of postmodern moonbattery.

Mermaid Arrested

If a man can be a woman, then a woman can be a mermaid.

The New York Post reports on an intruder call in Louisiana:

When a patrol deputy arrived, authorities said the suspect was found nude and swimming in a pond located on the caller’s property.

The woman was later identified as Erin Elizabeth Sutton, 41, of Marion. Sutton initially refused to exit the pond or speak with the deputy, telling him she was “trying to be a mermaid,” according to a sheriff’s office Facebook post.

Bigots who fail to affirm her as a mermaid are denying her lived truth.

They managed to extract her from the pond and warm her up with a blanket, following which she kicked and punched a deputy. On her way to the hospital, she threatened to kill law enforcement officers. Good thing she wasn’t driving an SUV like Renee Good.

What does it take to be top cop in a city run by moonbats who aggressively side with criminals against law enforcement? Invertebrate Portland Police Chief Bob Day demonstrates.

Day admitted that the Department of Homeland Security was correct about a shooting involving alleged Tren de Aragua gang members — before Day broke down in tears about having to share the truth with the public.

The foreign criminals employed the Renee Good technique of weaponizing their vehicle against law enforcement — with similar results.

“What I can say is there is an association with the two folks yesterday and TDA,” Day admitted. “I hesitated to even share this information initially because I’m very aware of the historic injustice of victim-blaming oftentimes portrayed by law enforcement, including this very agency.”

By “victim,” he means “criminal.” According to liberal ideology, the bad guys are the good guys because they are victimized by law enforcement.

Day whimperingly pandered to Hispanics, whom liberals assume are all on board with their open borders and pro-criminal agenda:

“I understand, or at least have attempted to understand through your voices, your concern, your fear, your anger — this information in no way meant to disparage or to condone or support or agree with any of the actions that occurred yesterday.”

Yesterday refers to Thursday, when the illegal aliens Luis David Nino-Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras received their well-earned wounds.

“The entire city and state leadership, all run by Democrats, organized an emergency press conference to condemn the federal agents, reject DHS’ statement and to express support with the violent suspects, who they called the ‘victims,’” Ngo said. “Local and national media also misled the public about the shooting. A mob showed up to try to attack the ICE facility, leading to six arrests.”

By now most of the real cops must have escaped to locales where their services are appreciated, leaving Portland to its just deserts. No real cop who remains is going to be made chief.

What crimes are ICE agents committing by enforcing immigration law? Whatever crimes the moonbats running Philadelphia see fit to fabricate. As with the call by leftist senators including Mark Kelly for the military to disobey undefined “unlawful” orders, Krasner is committing sedition.

Watch Minneapolis Police Retreat Before Leftist Mob

A mob demanding an end to the enforcement of immigration law has forced Minneapolis police to retreat and cede control:

Minneapolis police officers, including Police Chief Brian O’Hara, retreated from a downtown area late Friday night after being attacked and chased by anti-ICE rioters amid escalating unrest following the fatal shooting of anti-ICE activist Renee Nicole Good, according to multiple videos and on-scene reports. …

The withdrawal left the area temporarily under the control of demonstrators protesting federal immigration enforcement operations carried out by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The point of ending immigration enforcement is to allow the USA to be wiped away by a tsunami of welfare colonists from the Third World. The term for this is cultural genocide.

Additional videos showed protesters surrounding hotels and attempting to break windows. One post stated, “MINNEAPOLIS: Rioters have surrounded the hotel that ICE officers are suspected to be staying at and are attempting to break the windows,” accompanied by video dated Jan. 10, 2026. Another video claimed rioters had breached a separate hotel believed to be housing ICE agents.

Maybe Jacob Frey will allow the mob of malevolent scumbags to burn down a police precinct as during the George Floyd riots.

Civilization has collapsed in the liberal bastion Minneapolis. The federal government needs to step in to restore public order.

Latest Democrat Spin in Light of ICE Bodycam Video

As if it were not already obvious that the shooting of Renee Good was justified, newly released bodycam footage confirms it:

Western Journal reports:

The officer who ultimately fired the fatal shot was wearing a camera. His video shows Good receiving a clear, lawful order to exit the vehicle.

She did not comply, nor did she appear to be afraid. She briefly made direct eye contact with the officer positioned in front of the car, and then she gunned the engine.

If instead of getting herself shot she had managed to kill him, it would be an open and shut case of murder.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey’s immediate response was to use gutter language while accusing the agent of murder. Now, even he has been forced to admit that the anti-ICE activist hit him with her SUV. His current spin is that driving into a law enforcement officer is no big deal.

“I mean, the ICE agent walked away with a hip injury he might as well have gotten from closing a refrigerator door with his hips. He was not injured. I’ve seen worse injuries from doing that. So give me a break. No, he was not run over. He walked out of there with a hop in his step.”

Thanks to taking out the threat, the officer survived; therefore, he overreacted by taking out the threat. We’ll see if the rest of the liberal establishment can get on the same page with the new framing.
