Biden Judge Releases Illegal Alien Wanted for Murder

Bryan Rafael Gomez is wanted internationally for murder. So he escaped to the USA, where he enjoys protection by Democrats.

He turned up in Massachusetts. From the Department of Homeland Security:

On April 4, 2026, the Worcester Police Department arrested Gomez, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, for assault and battery. The detainer was honored, and after he was released on $500 bail, ICE arrested Gomez.

However, having seeded the judiciary with activist judges, Biden’s handlers are able to continue their war against the American population even now:

On April 28, 2026, U.S. District Court Judge Melissa R. DuBose–who was appointed in the final days of the Biden administration–ordered Gomez’s release.

This is not the first time Gomez was caught and let go:

Gomez entered the U.S. illegally in 2022 and was encountered by U.S. Border Patrol near Lukeville, Arizona. He was then released by the Biden administration.

In defense of DuBose, she is a person of great historicness, being reportedly “the first Black and openly LGBTQ federal judge in Rhode Island.”

Canada Attempts to Staff Officer Corps With Recent African Immigrants With Unfortunate Results

The Canadian Armed Forces are finding out the hard way that staffing the officer corps with recent immigrants from Africa has its drawbacks. Via Juno News:

A confidential Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School report has revealed a complete breakdown in basic officer training following a surge in permanent resident enrolment.

When moonbats piously bark “Diversity is our strength!” they are lying. A Quebec platoon shows what diversity looks like:

The Quebec platoon saw fewer than one in two recruits graduate, while allegations of racial discrimination were made in multiple directions, from candidates against staff and between candidates of opposing ethnic blocs themselves.

Contempt for female officers is a major issue. It seems women’s lib never caught on in the Dark Continent.

The most dramatic example [of the wheels coming off] unfolded in a French-language Basic Military Officer Qualification (BMOQ) platoon that was 83% permanent residents, many of whom had been in Canada for as little as three months.

The platoon has featured lack of respect for peers and superiors as well as infighting between candidates from Cameroon and Ivory Coast.

A Third World country — which progressives are rapidly progressing toward in Canada — will naturally have a Third World army.

Eating the 3-Year-Old’s Faces Americans Won’t Eat

The damage done by Democrats through open border policies will not be corrected quickly — if ever. But at least the fundamental transformation they promised has made taking a child to the park more exciting.

KSAT reports:

A man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman and her 3-year-old daughter at a South Side park over the weekend, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

It happened in broad daylight in the middle of Saturday afternoon.

When SAPD arrived, officers found Atharva Vyas, 24, being restrained by a bystander who had witnessed the alleged assault. …

Gabriella Perez, 27, told KSAT she and her family were fishing at the park when the random attack happened. She said Vyas was a total stranger.

Perez said Vyas appeared out of the woods and began punching her and grabbing her by the hair, causing her to drop her daughter.

Vyas attempted to poke out the 3-year-old girl’s eyes with his thumb.

Perez said Vyas began biting her daughter’s face. She said it was like a scene out of a horror movie.

Apparently he was high on marijuana wax, a concentrated form of cannabis extract. Marijuana has just been reclassified as a “less dangerous” drug.

Unsurprisingly,

Police said the child suffered serious bodily injury.

Still less surprisingly, he is an illegal alien:

Vyas was arrested and charged with injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury, assault causing bodily injury and illegal entry from a foreign nation.

Immigration does not mean what it used to mean.

Immigrants Do the Jobs Americans Can’t Do Because the Jobs Have Been Given to Foreigners

PJ Media reports on a tool that is useful for displacing Americans from American jobs.

The job board is called Migrant Mate, and there’s even a mobile app promising it will help “Land your dream job in the U.S.”

It features over half a million jobs for which foreign workers can apply, filtered by visa type.

It’s not just for foreign job-seekers, of course. If you’re an American company looking to undercut the market for American workers, Migrant Mate is your completely legal enabler.

Since foreign workers cost less, it makes sense to hire them first, provided employers have no loyalty to their own country — and loyalty to America is rare among employers in the age of ESG.

New York Won’t Turn Even Roman Amatitla Over to ICE

Where Democrats have consolidated control, they side with criminals and foreign invaders against law-abiding citizens with astonishing arrogance. Consider the case of undocumented Democrat Roman Amatitla in monochrome blue New York. From the New York Post:

Amatitla, 38, of Maspeth [actually of Mexico not Maspeth], is charged with eight counts of second-degree murder and first-degree arson after allegedly lighting a three-story Flushing building on fire March 16, which he selected at random.

Amatitla is an illegal alien in addition to an accused criminal maniac, so he can count on protection by Democrats.

After stealing a beer from a gas station, he enriched our multicultural tapestry by starting a fire in an apartment building on Avery Avenue in Queens.

As smoke engulfed the street, [Queens District Attorney Melinda] Katz said he stayed in the immediate area to watch people burn and jump from the windows while sipping his beer, in what she described as an “act of mass murder.”

If only to keep him from doing it again, DHS requested he be turned over to immigration authorities. But according to liberals, ICE are the bad guys. Consequently,

“This monster set fire to a building and watched as innocent people, including a three-year-old, burned to death. New York City sanctuary politicians REFUSE to cooperate with ICE and are choosing to RELEASE this MURDERER onto New York streets,” DHS acting assistant secretary Lauren Bis told Fox News Digital.

At last word, he has not actually been released. He currently resides at Rikers Island (which Mamdani promises to close).

DHS said New York’s failure to honor ICE detainers has resulted in the release of 6,947 illegal immigrants from Jan. 20 to Dec. 1, who are accused of crimes including: 29 homicides, 2,509 assaults, 199 burglaries, 305 robberies, 392 dangerous drugs offenses, 300 weapons offenses and 207 sexual predatory offenses.

Many crimes could be avoided if Democrats would side with their own country against foreign invaders.

A shoeless Nigerian immigrant was arrested in Northern Italy after allegedly killing and cooking a cat in a public park near a children’s playground.

Police were notified Tuesday by local residents who reported seeing the man barbecuing the animal on a grate in Crociata Park in Sarzana, a town south of Genoa.

Recall that the media does not want us to believe Haitian colonists eat cats in Ohio.

Declares Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini:

“As an Administration, we are ready to reiterate strongly: we will not allow anyone to come into our territory to import sick and barbaric customs…”

He had better check with rest of the European Union on that. Such a stance violates EU policy.

Democrats Let Illegal Alien Crime Flourish in Northern Virginia

Most violent crime is easily preventable. We just need to keep criminals locked up. But this policy is not an option where liberals have consolidated control, as in Northern Virginia.

Luzvin Orvando Garcia Moran, who sexually assaulted a local woman while she waited for a rideshare, is a Guatemalan who entered our country as a “gotaway.” That means he sneaked across the southern border without getting stopped by border officers. He has at least 25 other criminal charges against him in Arlington County, stretching all the way back to 2020, but apparently, woke authorities decided none of those merited serious prison time or turning him over to ICE.

Twenty-five charges and in the country illegally, yet he was allowed to run loose. This is like deliberately allowing a rabid pit bull to run loose.

Put Abigail Spanberger types in positions of authority and behold the results:

The new governor is making the situation worse, as she refuses to hand over foreign murderers to federal immigration officers. Among the recent shocking stories out of Northern Virginia, particularly Fairfax County, was the Guatemalan illegal alien who murdered his 3-month-old baby. Another illegal alien just ended up in handcuffs for stabbing a man to death in Fairfax County.

Earlier this year, Sierra Leone national Abdul Jalloh was caught on surveillance camera stabbing Stephanie Minter at a bus stop.

Northern Virginia is an affluent suburb of the Swamp. Demographically, it has overwhelmed the rest of the state, allowing Spanberger to impose societal decay while degrading public safety. Soon well-to-do liberal voters will themselves be demographically overwhelmed by the savages they have imported on an illegal basis from the darkest corners of the world.
