Moonbat DEI Sheriff Fails Fifth Grade Civics

We might want to rethink DEI and a left-wing political stance as the sole qualifications for high-level law enforcement positions.

A North Carolina House Oversight Committee hearing spurred on by the recent killing of a young Ukrainian woman, Iryna Zarutska, in Charlotte, took an unexpected turn when [Republican State Representative Allen] Chesser asked Mecklenburg County Sheriff Garry McFadden, “What branch of government do you operate under?”

McFadden, who is the top law enforcement officer in the county where Zarutska was killed, simply answered, “Mecklenburg County,” prompting Chesser to repeat, “What branch of government do you operate under, sheriff?”

McFadden’s next guess was “Constitution of the United States.”

Chesser remarked, “This is not where I was anticipating getting stuck. Um, are you aware of how many branches of government there are?” The sheriff quickly shot back, “No.”

At least he answered that last question correctly.

Chesser continued, “For the sake of debate, let’s say there are three branches of government: legislative, executive, judicial. Of those three, which do you fall under?”

McFadden guessed “judicial,” probably because it was the last one listed and the only one he could remember.

As for why McFadden has refused to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement, he previously averred the following:

“We do not have a role in enforcement whatsoever, we do not have to follow the rules and the laws that are governed by our lawmakers in Raleigh.”

McFadden’s conspicuous cognitive impairment makes it unlikely that he could have secured his lofty position if not for his race. We are getting to the point where DEI is not funny anymore and needs to end before it destroys our country.

Libs Turn Against Bodycams for ICE Agents

While pretending that ICE agents are doing something wrong, liberals stridently demanded they wear bodycams to document their misdeeds. Then Kristi Noem said sure. So now, via Politico:

A push to put body cameras on all ICE agents has Democrats running headlong into a new problem: fear that the technology will provide another avenue for mass surveillance of protesters.

Naturally, ICE agents still manage to be the bad guys according to the liberal narrative.

This happened before, during the George Floyd riots. The liberal establishment screeched that local police were oppressing blacks. Officers were made to wear bodycams, which then proved to the astonishment of our supposed intellectual betters that the cops are actually the good guys.

Body cameras have far more consistently proven that law enforcement acted correctly than otherwise. There’s a reason that Secretary Noem is happy to go along with the idea and why most police departments realized that body cams were a good thing once the impact became clear.

…and more recently,

If we didn’t have video footage of [Renee] Good ramming law enforcement and [Alex] Pretti assaulting law enforcement, all we’d have are the lies that the media tells.

That’s what they’re calling “mass surveillance”.

If LEOs are the good guys, who are the bad guys, other than the criminals and foreign invaders they risk their lives to arrest? That would be the liberal establishment, its media, and its weaponized mob.

Cop Fired for Asking Man Not to Use Ladies’ Room

Readers may recall the veteran police officer in suburban Atlanta named Glen Weaver who was placed under investigation for asking a man to stay out of the woman’s bathroom. The Center Square reveals that this attempt to defend public order cost him his job:

Weaver, 70, said he served the department for 28 years before retiring and becoming a part-time reserve officer. DeKalb’s elections department was paying him $60 per hour to work at the library during advance voting, the records show. He said he’s also been cut off from security jobs working for film crews making movies and commercials in the Atlanta area.

According to records,

Weaver didn’t approach [the perv calling himself Sasha Rose] Swinson of his own accord, but rather because a library security guard believed a biological male using the women’s restroom was making females uncomfortable.

He politely asked Mr. Swinson to use the appropriate restroom in the future. Swinson squealed transphobia. The rest is history.

“I think [Weaver] did the right thing – he stood up for truth, he stood up for reality, he stood up for common sense,” Beth Parlato, senior attorney for the Independent Women’s Law Center, told The Center Square.

So you can see why the liberals in charge had to fire him.

Mamdani Supports Maniac Who Attacked Police With Large Knife

The preservation of civilization entails a never-ending struggle between police and criminals, order and chaos, sanity and psychosis, good and evil. Zohran Mamdani confirms which side he is on with his support for Jabez Chakraborty.

NYPD officials said Jabez Chakraborty, 22, had advanced on officers with a kitchen knife after they told him repeatedly to drop it and tried to de-escalate the situation. Officials said one of the officers fired several times and struck Chakraborty, who was then taken to Jamaica Hospital.

Mamdani soon arrived at his bedside to offer succor. He has called for the DA not to prosecute Chakraborty.

Minneapolis Police Chief: Doesn’t Matter Whether Shooting Was Justified

In a jurisdiction controlled by leftists, there is one key qualification to be Chief of Police: an obsequious willingness to serve moonbattery at the expense of public safety.

Brian O’Hara of Minneapolis is a case in point. He obediently turned up the temperature by encouraging citizens to call the police on ICE agents for enforcing federal law. He was personally present when the Minneapolis police retreated before a mob that was laying siege to a hotel because they believed federal agents to be sleeping there. The violence he has helped escalate got another pawn killed on Saturday.

Alex Pretti messed with the bull and got the horns — deservedly, as a thorough investigation is likely to confirm. But O’Hara doesn’t care what the investigation finds.

Actual quote, via PJ Media:

“I think the greater issue is, even if there is an investigation that ultimately proves that at the time of the shooting it was legally justified, I don’t think that even matters at this point, because there just — there is so much outrage and concern around what is happening in the city.…People have had enough!”

Out of the mouths of moonbats sometimes comes truth. It doesn’t matter whether the shooting was justified. All that matters is that Democrats and the media can exploit it to splash more gasoline on the fire, so as to further destabilize the country and to prevent the defense of America’s borders in furtherance of the Great Replacement.

Another Woman Shot While Trying to Run Over an LEO

Liberal jurisdictions erupted in hysterical anger after Renee Good was shot and killed by a law enforcement officer she was trying to run over with her car. Meanwhile, 3 days previously in East St Louis…

A 40-year-old woman was fatally shot by an Illinois State Police trooper after allegedly striking a police vehicle and driving toward a trooper in a stolen vehicle, police said.

Troopers were investigating a reported stolen vehicle on January 4.

The driver, identified as Rachel E. Tarrence, put the vehicle in reverse and struck an ISP squad car, according to police. Tarrence then drove toward a trooper, who fired his weapon, striking Tarrence, police said.

What, no riots? No laying siege to hotels where LEOs might be trying to sleep? Where is the rage?

As the 1960s commie slogan goes, the issue is never the issue; the issue is always the revolution. The unrest isn’t about Renee Good; it is about incapacitating ICE so that the displacement of the American population can proceed unhindered, laying the groundwork for hard left rule.

Having to Admit That Criminals Shot in Self-Defense by Border Patrol Are Gangbangers Makes Portland Police Chief Cry

What does it take to be top cop in a city run by moonbats who aggressively side with criminals against law enforcement? Invertebrate Portland Police Chief Bob Day demonstrates.

Daily Wire reports on a Friday press conference:

Day admitted that the Department of Homeland Security was correct about a shooting involving alleged Tren de Aragua gang members — before Day broke down in tears about having to share the truth with the public.

The foreign criminals employed the Renee Good technique of weaponizing their vehicle against law enforcement — with similar results.

“What I can say is there is an association with the two folks yesterday and TDA,” Day admitted. “I hesitated to even share this information initially because I’m very aware of the historic injustice of victim-blaming oftentimes portrayed by law enforcement, including this very agency.”

By “victim,” he means “criminal.” According to liberal ideology, the bad guys are the good guys because they are victimized by law enforcement.

Day whimperingly pandered to Hispanics, whom liberals assume are all on board with their open borders and pro-criminal agenda:

“I understand, or at least have attempted to understand through your voices, your concern, your fear, your anger — this information in no way meant to disparage or to condone or support or agree with any of the actions that occurred yesterday.”

Yesterday refers to Thursday, when the illegal aliens Luis David Nino-Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras received their well-earned wounds.

Andy Ngo provides more information:

“The entire city and state leadership, all run by Democrats, organized an emergency press conference to condemn the federal agents, reject DHS’ statement and to express support with the violent suspects, who they called the ‘victims,’” Ngo said. “Local and national media also misled the public about the shooting. A mob showed up to try to attack the ICE facility, leading to six arrests.”

By now most of the real cops must have escaped to locales where their services are appreciated, leaving Portland to its just deserts. No real cop who remains is going to be made chief.

What crimes are ICE agents committing by enforcing immigration law? Whatever crimes the moonbats running Philadelphia see fit to fabricate. As with the call by leftist senators including Mark Kelly for the military to disobey undefined “unlawful” orders, Krasner is committing sedition.

Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal, who has previously declared her unwillingness to cooperate with federal law enforcement, will be happy to make the arrests:

Watch Minneapolis Police Retreat Before Leftist Mob

A mob demanding an end to the enforcement of immigration law has forced Minneapolis police to retreat and cede control:

Minneapolis police officers, including Police Chief Brian O’Hara, retreated from a downtown area late Friday night after being attacked and chased by anti-ICE rioters amid escalating unrest following the fatal shooting of anti-ICE activist Renee Nicole Good, according to multiple videos and on-scene reports. …

The withdrawal left the area temporarily under the control of demonstrators protesting federal immigration enforcement operations carried out by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The point of ending immigration enforcement is to allow the USA to be wiped away by a tsunami of welfare colonists from the Third World. The term for this is cultural genocide.

Additional videos showed protesters surrounding hotels and attempting to break windows. One post stated, “MINNEAPOLIS: Rioters have surrounded the hotel that ICE officers are suspected to be staying at and are attempting to break the windows,” accompanied by video dated Jan. 10, 2026. Another video claimed rioters had breached a separate hotel believed to be housing ICE agents.

Maybe Jacob Frey will allow the mob of malevolent scumbags to burn down a police precinct as during the George Floyd riots.

Civilization has collapsed in the liberal bastion Minneapolis. The federal government needs to step in to restore public order.

Democrat Party Farm Report: Prospect Maria Bucci

The best word to describe liberal elitist moonbats, particularly of the AWFL variety, is insufferable — as demonstrated by Cranston Democratic Committee Chair Maria Bucci of Rhode Island.

The New York Post reports:

A prominent Rhode Island Democrat was caught on camera belligerently chiding a cop and calling him a “d–k” during a wild DUI traffic stop where she ranted, “God forbid I was a black person, I’d be arrested.”

Police oppress black people by insisting they obey the law, as the liberal media preached to us ad nauseam during the Black Lives Matter riots.

Sometimes they oppress AWFLs too — even supremely important ones who have run for mayor and state rep and who recently received a shoutout from Democratic gubernatorial candidate Helena Buonanno Foulkes.

“You know who I am, right?” she asked.

The cop replied, “I don’t know who you are and I frankly –“

“You don’t care, right?” she said, cutting him off midsentence.

“No, I really don’t,” the officer said.

The nerve!

Her car smelled strongly of alcohol. Her eyes — often a giveaway with moonbats — were described as “severely bloodshot, glassy, and watery.”

The drunken moonbat spluttered:

“I honestly feel bad, if I was a black human, I think you guys,” she said as a cop objected. “No, honestly, I feel bad for the people, I feel bad for the people that are not in my position.”

As she was given instructions to try walking a straight line as a sobriety test…

“Call my husband right now, and call the attorney general and everybody else in town,” the former Cranston councilwoman screeched.

The unruly AWFL ignored instructions until finally they had to put her in handcuffs. Whatever they pay cops to deal with the likes of Bucci, it isn’t enough.

With her personality, wokeness, and sense of entitlement, Bucci should go far in Democrat politics.
