Trans Advantage in London Marathon

It can’t be easy for female athletes to stay motivated when they know the competition is rigged against them. Men have overwhelming advantages in virtually all sports. Despite being 54 years old, a guy calling himself Glenique Frank managed to beat nearly 14,000 women in the London Marathon on Sunday.

In a faux show of sportsmanship, he has offered to give back his finisher’s medal:

“If they really think I’ve stolen the place [of a female runner], I don’t mind giving the medal back, because I’ll run again next year for charity.

“But I don’t want to apologize, because I didn’t do anything wrong,” Frank stated firmly — saying [he] was only sorry for “upsetting” [his] critics, who [he] maintained were mostly “haters.”

Of course he stole the place of a female runner, as surely as he would have stolen the place of a child runner if he had competed in a race while pretending to be a child. But “haters” who call his bluff regarding giving the medal back risk the ire of the violent (see here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, etc.) transsexual community, so no one is likely to press the issue.

Global Warming Blamed for Home Runs

Blindered ideologues can apply their dogma to absolutely anything. For example, the climate cult proclaims that alleged global warming has caused baseball players to hit too many home runs:

Hotter, thinner air that allows balls to fly farther contributed a tiny bit to a surge in home runs since 2010, according to a statistical analysis by Dartmouth College scientists published in Friday’s Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society. They analyzed 100,000 MLB games and more than 200,000 balls put into play in the last few years along with weather conditions, stadiums and other factors.

Scientists tend to find what the government pays them to find.

“Global warming is juicing home runs in Major League Baseball,” said study coauthor Justin Mankin, a Dartmouth climate scientist.

Maybe now people will be convinced that global warming effects them in some tangible way.

The natural and unavoidable fluctuation of the climate may really affect home runs. But there are more important factors:

The biggest is the ball and the size of the stitches … and MLB made slight adjustments to deaden the ball prior to the 2021 season. Others include batters’ recent attention to launch angle; stronger hitters; and faster pitches.

Never mind that. We are expected to panic because according to the Experts’ reliably wrong models, if we continue using the fossil fuels we require to survive, and if these fuels cause global warming as per liberal ideology, one day there may be way too many home runs, oppressing pitchers with inflated ERAs.

Swimmer Riley Gaines Assaulted by Transsexuals

Not all transsexual violence is taken to the extreme of mass murder. Lesser violence is more likely to be employed in attempts to intimidate resistance:

Swimmer Riley Gaines says she was “ambushed and physically hit” and forced to barricade for three hours from a mob of trans-rights protesters who stormed her speech about protecting women’s sports.

The 12-time All-American champ — a former competitor of controversial trans swimmer Lia Thomas -— shared alarming footage of cops hustling her to safety late Thursday at San Francisco State University.

Despite her overwhelming disadvantage, Gaines has managed to tie Will “Lia” Thomas, a transsexual bully who enjoys taking his clothes off in the women’s locker room and stealing trophies that rightly belong to female competitors. ESPN reveres him.

Gaines’ footage — as well as other clips shared on social media — show security and university staff blocking the angry mob from following the distressed guest speaker as she’s taken to a safe room at 8:30 p.m.

We now live in a country where women who believe that only women should compete in women’s sports have to be taken to safe rooms to protect them from mobs of perverted freaks who know they have liberal establishment behind them.

At 11:21 p.m., officers announced through a bullhorn that the gathering was an unlawful congregation and those refusing to leave would be arrested.

Gaines was finally able to leave at 11:38 p.m. — more than 3 hours after being first led to safety — with a huge police presence to stop her from being followed…

Profiles in Countermoonbattery: Avi Silverberg

Some suspect that famous transvestites Kayla LeMieux and Dylan Mulvaney are not actually sexually deranged, but have been trolling to make a point (or in Mulvaney’s case, lots of money). Moonbats have lurched so far into self-parody that it is often hard to tell who is on the level. But the case of temporarily transsexual weightlifter Avi Silverberg is clear enough:

Silverberg, the head coach for Team Canada Powerlifting for more than 10 years, entered Saturday’s Heroes Classic tournament in Lethbridge, Alberta, after identifying as a female.

Silverberg came out wearing a beard and a standard men’s singlet.

He then casually bench-pressed nearly 370 pounds — beating the current Alberta women’s record by almost 100 pounds.

This would be a blow to women’s sports — except that the women’s record was already held by a man.

The current record — 275 pounds — is held by trans athlete Anne Andres, who was seen watching Silverberg while volunteering at the event. …

The trans lifter won eight of nine competitions entered in the women’s category over the last four years, ICONS [Independent Council on Women’s Sports] said.

Trans lifter “Anne” Andres does not fare as well when competing against other men.

As Silverberg broke her [sic] record, Andres stood off to the edge of the platform area, only strolling back on after the male lifter walked off.

Could it be that a transsexual athlete has discovered the concept of shame? Apparently not:

Andres posted a series of lengthy video responses calling [Silverberg] “a coward and a bigot” with “malicious intent.”

Actually, Silverberg’s intent was chivalrous. He was standing up for women:

ICONS said Silverberg “mocked the discriminatory [Canadian Powerlifting Union] policy” that allows competitors to register for events under their “gender identity and expression, rather than their sex or gender,” vowing “no consequences” for doing so.

But Andres did suffer a consequence. He was exposed as a contemptible jerk who has been ruining the sport for the legitimate competitors.

Well played, sir. I mean ma’am.

Moonbats Demand Mets Rename Citi Field

For moonbats, intolerance is an end in itself. So desperate are New York City liberals to find something to be intolerant about that they demand the Mets change the name of Citi Field — because Citibank invests in the precious fossil fuels that allow the city to function.

City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams is pushing to rename the New York Mets’ home stadium, Citi Field, over climate change concerns.

Citigroup pays an estimated $20 million per year to have its name on the stadium. That money is ill-gotten, from the moonbat point of view, because some of it came from investing in energy.

Because money is only clean to a liberal if it has been confiscated and redistributed by Big Government, all stadiums should be renamed “Government Field.” That would establish equity, so that no stadium would have a more appealing name than another.

“The Public Advocate and fans will cite the bank’s role in financing polluters and profiting from climate chaos,” Williams’ office said in a statement.

“Global warming” was discarded because the climate fluctuates in both directions. “Climate change” doesn’t work either, because too many understand that the climate will always change no matter what Big Government inflicts on us. “Climate chaos” will do for now. When people continue to laugh off the imaginary crisis, progressives may have to switch to something even darker, like “climate doom.”

According to leftist ideology, generating energy by effective means causes climate chaos because it releases the essential plant nutrient carbon dioxide.

“Citibank’s practices do not represent the values of the Mets or our city, and we must make better demands. If Citi refuses to end their toxic relationship with the fossil fuel industry, the Mets should end their partnership with Citi.”

Once the values of sports teams centered on sports. Theatrical displays of obeisance to Black Lives Matter put an end to that. Sports are no longer about sports. They are about moonbattery. In a totalitarian society, everything is about the ruling class ideology.

It isn’t just Jumaane Williams. Lucas Sanchez is co-executive director of New York Communities for Change.

“I can’t teach my kids to love the Mets if I’m also teaching them about climate change,” said Sanchez, whose kids are 7, 9 and 13. “The Mets are contributing to polluting the planet by partnering with Citi.”

Imagine the effect on the 8.8 million people who live in NYC of reducing electricity to what can be generated through green energy idiocy. Civilization would collapse. Does the stench of rotting corpses count as pollution?

Citi contributed approximately $31 billion in combined lending and underwriting to oil, gas and coal firms since 2021.

Because of such investments, when viewed from the air at night, New York City is a field of light. Moonbats would prefer that it look like the leftist utopia North Korea.

Media Praises Transsexuals for Destroying Women’s Sports

For decades, feminism and leftism were in perfect sync. Feminists played a major role in vitiating American society by undermining the family and promoting sexual profligacy. They have served their purpose; cultural engineers are through with them now. To be woke is to despise women. A Disney-owned leftist propaganda outlet that sugar-coats political indoctrination by wrapping it in sports makes this clear:

As part of its Women’s History Month campaign, ESPN ran a minute-long promo Sunday featuring Lia Thomas — a biological male who competed on the women’s swim team at the University of Pennsylvania.

The gag-inducing segment praises Thomas as though bullying his way into the women’s locker room were somehow admirable and “celebrates Thomas’ championship in the women’s 500 freestyle.”

That is, ESPN wipes its messy behind on Women’s History Month by praising a perverted jerk who has helped to destroy women’s sports.

A former women’s cycling champion angrily quit the sport after losing to a transgender rider…

[Hannah Arensman] said that it “has become increasingly discouraging to train as hard as I do only to have to lose to a man with the unfair advantage of an androgenized body that intrinsically gives him an obvious advantage over me, no matter how hard I train.”

“I feel for young girls learning to compete and who are growing up in a day when they no longer have a fair chance at being the new record holders and champions in cycling,” she wrote.

While Arensman fumes with understandable rage,

[T]rans cyclist Tiffany Thomas, 47, was photographed with her arms aloft in victory at the top of the podium at the Randall’s Island Crit — at least her 20th win since she started racing in 2018…

By “her,” they mean “his.” The media’s use of female pronouns to refer to a guy who has been ruining races for legitimate competitors emphasizes that nothing journalist say can be taken at face value.

“Tiffany” says he feels “like a superhero” because of the way defeating women at cycling stokes his ego.

Stay tuned for next year’s Women’s History Month, which is likely to feature ESPN heaping obsequious praise on Tiffany Thomas — assuming anyone remembers there was once such a thing as women’s sports next year.

Girls’ Team Banned for Not Playing Against Team With Boy

Liberals shriek that we must let men play on women’s sports teams because “tolerance.” Here’s what they mean by tolerance:

The Vermont Principals’ Association, which oversees school athletics, said Monday afternoon that Mid Vermont Christian School in Quechee will no longer be eligible to participate in sports and other sponsored activities.

This draconian punishment was inflicted because the private Christian school forfeited a girls’ basketball game rather than play against a team that reduced the concept of girls’ sports to farce by having a boy on it.

Mid Vermont violated the organization’s anti-discrimination and gender identity policies, the organization told the school in a letter of ineligibility. Those policies allow athletes to play on the team that is “consistent with their gender identity” and prohibit discrimination “based on a student’s actual or perceived sex and gender.”

Leaving aside the blasphemous aspect of transsexualism, Mid Vermont Christian had good reason to refuse to play Long Trail School:

Mid Vermont Christian’s head of school, Vicky Fogg, said in a statement last month that the school believed “playing against an opponent with a biological male jeopardizes the fairness of the game and the safety of our players.”

However, if our woke overlords gave a flying damn about women’s safety, they would not impose their ideology by placing men in women’s prisons.

Jay Nichols, the executive director of the Vermont Principals’ Association, said the organization’s 15-member executive board was unanimous in its decision.

Everything is to be unanimous in liberal utopia. The fate of Mid Vermont Christian illustrates what happens to those who don’t go along.

Nichols said he could not remember any prior instances of a school being barred from sporting events. There is no existing appeals process, he said.

Again we see that the word “tolerance” means zero tolerance for anyone who resists the grotesque leftist agenda.

NBA Player Fined for Offending LGBT Overlords

It is okay for now to be heterosexual even in a hyperliberal environment like the NBA. Just keep your mouth shut about it or you might be fined:

The NBA recently fined one of its players a whopping $40,000 for joking about his lack of sexual attraction for other men.

Brooklyn Nets’ star Cam Thomas had remarked during a February 9, on-court interview that his team had good-looking players, jokingly adding “no homo.” Thomas, 21, apologized that night but the league decided to impose the fine even after Thomas’s mea culpa. …

“No homo” is a phrase men sometimes jokingly use to play off compliments or other comments made about other men.

But after being denounced for using this common, innocuous expression, Thomas dropped to his knees and issued the standard groveling apology to our LGBT overlords.

He ought to take the Lea Thomas approach to sports career enhancement by declaring himself transsexual and playing on a women’s team. That would make him a lesbian, which is mandatory in the WNBA, as Candice Wiggins can confirm.

First the militantly perverted demanded tolerance, then equality, then domination. We have reached the next stage after that.
