Leftist Judges Rule Pedophile Has Constitutional Right to Taxpayer-Funded Sex Change Procedures

The lunacy imposed by leftist judges is beyond parody:

A federal judge has ruled that the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) must provide laser hair removal, facial feminization surgery consultations, and voice therapy for a convicted pedophile who now identifies as transgender.

The inmate, identified as 47-year-old Brian Buckingham, was sentenced to more than 21 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing his 10-year-old son and producing child pornography.

For probably the first and hopefully the last time in human history, behavior like this is not considered to warrant the death penalty. These days, it warrants taxpayer-funded luxuries in support of sexual depravity.

Buckingham now calls himself “Nani Love.” The pedophile’s lawyers argued that he has a constitutional right to force taxpayers to cater to his grotesque sexual psychosis.

In a September ruling, Magistrate Judge David Christel determined that Buckingham was “likely to succeed” in arguing that the BOP’s denial of treatment constituted cruel and unusual punishment.

The authors of the US Constitution would gasp in horror at how their words have been twisted.

U.S. District Judge Ricardo Martinez later adopted Christel’s recommendation, issuing an order that directs the Bureau of Prisons to arrange consultations for the requested cosmetic procedures within 30 days.

GOP Senator Tim Sheehy’s Love Note From a Liberal

Maniacal Virginia Attorney General-Elect Jay Jones isn’t the only moonbat to send alarmingly nasty messages to Republicans. Introducing Haley McKnight:

A Helena city commission candidate left a phone message for Montana Republican U.S. Sen. Tim Sheehy in July, wishing that he contract pancreatic cancer and “die in the street like a dog” …

Haley McKnight, in an interview with Montana Free Press Monday, acknowledged leaving the message but maintained she was speaking out in a ”justified rage,” in response to the senator’s politics.

“Let your rage fuel you!” snarls Virginia Governor-Elect Abigail Spanberger. It’s the liberal mantra these days.

The message, via National Review:

“Hi, this is Haley McKnight. I’m a constituent in Helena Montana, and I just wanted to let you know that you are the most insufferable kind of coward and thief. You just stripped away health care for 17 million Americans. And I hope you’re really proud of that,” McKnight said in an apparent reference to the GOP-passed reconciliation bill’s Medicaid reforms. “I hope that one day you get pancreatic cancer and it spreads throughout your body so fast that they can’t even treat you for it. I hope that you die in the street like a dog. I…oooooohh. One day you’re gonna live to regret this.”

From there, she made the natural progression to a direct threat:

“I hope that your children never forgive you,” the voicemail continues. “I hope that you are infertile. I hope you never manage to get a boner ever again. You are the worst piece of sh[*]t I’ve ever, ever, ever had the misfortune of looking at. And you don’t serve Montanans. You serve your own private interests. All that you have done since you’ve gotten into power is do sh[*]t for yourself. God forbid that you ever meet me on the streets, because I will make you regret it. F*ck you. I hope you die.”

Montana has the good fortune not to be a suburb of the Swamp. Unlike the likeminded Jones and Spanberger, she lost.

Virginia’s Next Attorney General Personifies the Malevolent Left

There is one good thing about the election of maniacal scumbag Jay Jones as Virginia Attorney General. Now no reasonably informed person can be in doubt as to which side are the bad guys.

Jones is best known for voicing his eagerness to shoot Republican politicians in the head, to urinate on their graves, and for their children die for being “little fascists.” He is also known for driving 116 mph and then making a mockery of justice by evading punishment.

Unsurprisingly, Jones sides with other criminals against law enforcement. The Washington Free Beacon reports that he launched a canvassing event just last Sunday alongside Swing Left.

Following the fentanyl overdose of career criminal George Floyd, Swing Left…

…launched a racial justice resource webpage, which remains live, that promotes the policy platform for the Movement for Black Lives, noting that it calls for reparations and “divesting resources away from policing.” Swing Left’s webpage also calls on users to “donate to a bail fund” to “help combat racial and economic disparities in the bail system and defend protesters’ freedom, regardless of their wealth.” It links to a website of Community Justice Exchange, a project of the George Soros-funded Tides Center, that lists bail funds by state.

Leftist support for crime has consequences for public safety:

The list includes the Northwest Community Bail Fund, which is led by a convicted murderer who bashed a man’s skull with a hammer. It’s also helped release people like Michael Sendejo, who was freed while facing fourth-degree assault and second-degree robbery charges. He used his freedom to stab a man 18 times and was ultimately convicted of second-degree murder with a deadly weapon. The group freed Kylan Houle twice in one month, with charges including unlawful firearm possession—then he broke into the home of Damon Allen, a father of six, and shot him several times before executing him.

However, the tactic is liable to blow up in their face if it shines a spotlight on how the program has degenerated into a looting spree characterized by greed and lawlessness run amok.

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins reveals that 21 Democrat-dominated states refused to turn over their data so that she could see whether illegal aliens are pigging out on junk food at our expense. Even in the states that cooperated, she has found massive fraud:

Base Responds to Violent Democrat Rhetoric

The Democratic Party is not backing down from its violent rhetoric, even continuing to support Abigail “Let Your Rage Fuel You” Spanberger for Governor of Virginia and the garrulously bloodthirsty Jay Jones for Virginia Attorney General. The message this sends its base has been received loud and clear:

Someone vandalized a pro-Trump billboard. They hung a bloodied, life-sized model of President Trump hanging from a noose. There was also a note attached – written in red calling for the assassination of the president.

The sign had been erected on property owned by Chester Carter along Interstate 94 in Sussex County, Virginia.

It isn’t just Trump they hate. Carter reports:

“Since the election last year, a lot of people would stop and tear the American flags down. We had American flags on posts in the ground, people would stop and vandalize the flags.”

No doubt Lawrence Tribe and Jimmy Kimmel would tell us that conservative patriots did it.

Democrat strategy apparently consists of keeping the party’s mentally ill base in an ever-escalating state of psychotic anger until they manage to do to Trump what they did to Charlie Kirk.

Ohio School Teaches Kids to Memorize Koran

The Ohio Education Department offers tomorrow’s education today — assuming that in the future, demographic displacement will lead to America’s conquest by Islam:

The Islamic Center of Mason Learning Academy boasts on its website that it is “officially affiliated with the State of Ohio Department of Education.”

To ensure indoctrination takes hold, start it at a young age:

The entity has 38 students in preschool, kindergarten, first grade, and second grade for the current school year.

The webpage for the school largely emphasizes Quran reading classes.

What do they need other books for when everything they need to know is in the Koran?

Screeched Hostin, “How come you (Trump) don’t know who this guy is?”

Whoopi Goldberg replied, “Because he used an autopen!”

That’s when the show’s producers had to step in:
