Media Whimpers Over Alligator Alcatraz Merch

Eugene, Oregon is hosting the festive Lane County Fair through today. Local media takes this as an opportunity to gripe about Alligator Alcatraz merchandise:

Social media is buzzing with disapproval and anger over T-shirts being sold that depict Alligator Alcatraz. This makeshift immigration detention facility was established by the Trump administration in the Florida Everglades and has been criticized by human rights groups as cruel and inhumane.

They could put up the worst of the worst criminal foreign invaders in luxury hotels (as is often done with illegal aliens) and still leftist “human rights groups” would snivel. Anything short of formal capitulation to the invasion is “cruel and inhumane.”

“Honestly it’s kind of sad,” said Jasper Burchard, a concerned fairgoer. “It’s really sad to see something so messed up just being paraded around like it’s something fun.

What really is sad is sulking liberal scolds. Have fun at the fair, Oregonians, and don’t forget to buy some Alligator Alcatraz merchandise; it’s guaranteed to annoy moonbats.

For those of us who can’t make the fair, merch is not hard to find online.

Chicago Moonbats Scream at Lake Michigan

Not all moonbats get to host their own show on MSNBC. It’s nice that the rest of them can find forums to articulate their thoughts:

Normally progressives are hostile to tradition. Yet here they carry on one of their own that goes back some years:

Gatorade/WNBA Accidentally Embrace Tradwifery

Nothing could be more stridently feminist in the worst sense of the word than the repressively lesbian WNBA. Yet it teamed up with Gatorade to launch an ad campaign suggesting that the players would be more useful in the kitchen:

Sniggers Darleen Click at Victory Girls:

Obviously, someone in the advertising department bullpen was looking for a pithy phrase that would fit on a billboard crowded with images of sweaty women, but didn’t think through other implications. …

I personally find Gatorade undrinkable and the WNBA boring, but today I’m very entertained. So “Let Her Cook” isn’t a complete failure.

The moonbattery-addled advertising industry usually has a pernicious effect on society, but maybe this time will be different. From Andrea Widburg at American Thinker:

Before feminism took over America, women routinely reported a high level of happiness in their marriages, their homes, and their communities. And then they started coming “a long way, baby,” and their happiness quotient dropped. While women were generally happier than men in the 1950s, today, women report being significantly less happy than men. …

WNBA women—bitter, race-obsessed, often man-hating—might have been a whole lot happier were they “cooking” for a family in [a] 1950s kitchen.

To sum up,

Taxachussetts AG Lives Large at Public Expense

Big Government isn’t all bad. It works great for those who comprise it — like Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell.

The Boston Herald reports:

Campbell spent nearly $300,000 on her taxpayer-funded credit card last fiscal year, with expenses ranging from traveling to France and a balmy Caribbean island to hosting an annual holiday party, a Herald analysis shows.

Last July she managed to blow $13,627 of other people’s money on a single trip to France.

Her office’s total spending with P-cards, or procurement cards, cost taxpayers some $288,146.26 last fiscal year, according to the Herald’s review.

The trip to France was presented as patriotic:

Organizers shared that the conference, in late July, “solely focused on commemorating and paying tribute to the achievements and sacrifices of those who fought in Normandy.”

Yeah right. Massachusetts Democrats are well known for their patriotism.

The trip came almost two months after the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion on June 6.

Taxpayers also financed a pricey junket to the Virgin Islands, no doubt to pay tribute to the achievements and sacrifices of virgins.

This all comes as Campbell is facing criticism for not enforcing an audit of the Legislature, which 72% of Bay State voters approved last November. Her office received a 12% budget increase for this fiscal year, or $9 million, to support its fight against the Trump administration.

Considering that Trump has used DOGE to scrape off at least a few of the leeches who have been bleeding us dry, Campbell is well motivated to fight him.

Campbell was preceded in her office by Maura Healy, the current moonbat Massachusetts governor. If she follows on Healy’s heels, it will demonstrate that Democrat rule always manages to get even worse.

Christian Furry Fellowship

Furries are weirdos who dress up like cartoon animals, often for the purpose of indulging in anonymous deviant sex. Homosexuals have so far gotten away with subverting Christian churches without evoking a hail of fire and brimstone, so furries should have no problem. Presenting the Christian Furry Fellowship:

Even as the CFF has grown from just a few furry friends into a small community, the original mission has not changed! Despite the CFF’s active initiatives to provide an open haven for Christ-loving furries, loving our fellow fur is the foundation of all that we do.

Over the years, the CFF has sparked various ministries. But in all of these efforts, the goal always leads back to the CFFs core mission — to love furries as Christ loves us.

It is doubtful that Christ loves them for being furries.

System Decayed as Buttigieg Blew $80 Billion on DEI

Why have there been so many air traffic control issues lately? Is it because Trump has begun to trim a little fat from the bloated federal bureaucracy, as the media would have us believe? Or is it because for 4 years the secretary of transportation was a left-wing nitwit whose only job qualification was that he is ostentatiously homosexual?

The New York Post reports:

Pete Buttigieg failed to replace outdated air traffic control systems while in office — with his agency instead shelling out tens of billions of dollars on a DEI agenda, according to federal spending records and airline industry insiders.

The effect of DEI on air safety is predictable.

In one meeting, Buttigieg — who is said to be eyeing a 2028 presidential run — told industry executives that air traffic control upgrades would just allow them to fly more planes, “and so why would that be in his interest?” sources said.

According to Democrat ideology, transportation makes it be too hot outside by requiring energy, so why would he want to facilitate Americans having more of it?

What his department was really interested in was handing out hundreds of diversity, equity and inclusion grants totaling more than $80 billion over four years — at least half of the DOT’s entire budget for a typical fiscal year, records show.

Again we see that the Biden Administration was not so much a government as a looting spree.

“He was definitely pushing an agenda,” an air industry official said, noting the transportation secretary had “little to no interest” and took “definitely zero action” toward air traffic control modernization.

Gobbling up our money on behalf of their malevolent agenda is the whole point for Democrats. That’s why their transportation secretary was not required to know anything about transportation.

As of last month, an Emerson College poll of registered voters found the former transportation secretary leading the 2028 Democratic presidential primary field with 16% support, followed by ex-Vice President Kamala Harris at 13%.

Among Democrats, this kooky and incompetent creep is a star.

Moonbat Attack on Blue Angels

The Blue Angels inspire awe and patriotism. Unsurprisingly, moonbats don’t like them:

A woman in moonbattery-addled Seattle is suing the Blue Angels for allegedly traumatizing her cat:

Lauren Ann Lombardi filed a complaint in U.S. District Court on July 21, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against three Navy officers in their official capacities: Cmdr. Adam Bryan, Lt. Ben Bushong, and an unnamed social media administrator.

According to the lawsuit, Lombardi claims the Blue Angels’ annual flight demonstrations over Seattle in August 2023 and 2024 subjected her pet cat, Layla, to extreme distress.

Layla suffered from congestive heart disease, which her owner blames the Blue Angels for exacerbating. Lombardi also blames them for subjecting her to oppression:

After posting profanity-laced criticisms and sharing a petition titled “We All Want to Feel Safe: No More Blue Angels Over Seattle,” Lombardi says her account was blocked by @usnavyblueangels, the official Blue Angels Instagram page.

She has more self-awareness than your average moonbat. Actual quote:

“I’m a very spiteful, vengeful person.”

Regarding actual abuse of cats, look what she did to poor Layla. Cats are noble creatures that should never be subjected to humiliating outfits. They cannot be blamed for the moonbattery that characterizes some of their owners.
