Our racially tiered justice system is becoming official. In California, white convicts will soon be sentenced to longer prison terms than blacks, entirely due to the racial favoritism of our moonbat rulers:

A Democrat-backed bill making its way through the California Legislature would require judges in the state to consider a convicted criminal’s race when determining how long to sentence them to prison.

Assembly Member Reggie Jones-Sawyer, the Democratic chair of the California Assembly’s Public Safety Committee, quietly introduced Bill 852 in February.

Despite equality before the law being a bedrock principle of American civilization, the outrageous legislation passed. The left-wing senate can be expected to move it along to the left-wing governor to sign it into law.

The bill would add a section to the Penal Code of California requiring courts, whenever they have the authority to determine a prison sentence, to “rectify” alleged racial bias in the criminal justice system by taking into account how historically persecuted minorities are affected differently than others.

In other words, less time for blacks, more time for whites, because liberals worship blacks and despise whites. There may have been similar laws for Aryans and Jews under the Third Reich.

What would have been called Apartheid in South Africa is known as “racial justice” in the USA, precisely because it is anything but just. To every injury liberals inflict on us, they feel compelled to add insult with a lie.

To get an idea of what life in America will be like when Democrats’ stated demographic objective is achieved and whites are a minority, consider San Francisco’s African American Reparations Advisory Committee:

“Straight white men are abusive. Straight white men are serial killers,” [committee member Nikcole] Cunningham told [The Daily Telegraph]. “They have the most — I watch these shows — the most serial killers. Straight white men are the ones who are shooting up schools, right?”

Therefore, she concludes, “they are a danger to society.”

Not just white guys who aren’t perverts but America itself is a menace, because “white supremacy is ingrained in the DNA” of the USA. So why not loot it into oblivion under the banner of “reparations”?

The committee — which was established in 2020 to advise officials on how to address discrimination — seeks to grant each eligible black resident $5 million in reparations for slavery.

Cunningham demands that whites be punished for slavery, which was practiced by all races, was officially abolished in the USA 158 years ago, and was never legal in California.

The California Reparations Task Force has more recommendations, including the elimination of child support debt for privileged blacks. You had to know Biden’s ongoing campaign to make other people pay for student loans would not be the last word in debt cancelation.

More recommendations:

California’s reparations task force wants state lawmakers to ban the arrest and prosecution of people who violate laws against public urination and other “public disorder offenses,” the task force said in its final report released last week.

Other public disorder offenses to be greenlit include “camping” (i.e., living on the sidewalk), public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and trespassing. Theft doesn’t need to be officially approved because California has effectively already done that.

Imagine a reparations task force as ruling junta dictating every aspect of American life. That’s our near future, unless the trajectory changes.

Juneteenth was made a federal holiday so that moonbats like Dick Durbin and RINOs like John Cornyn could reward those who participated in Black Lives Matter riots. From the start, fitting traditions took root. The mayhem continues, with celebrations already underway in the Chicago suburb Willowbrook:

At least 23 people were shot, one fatally, early Sunday during a gathering in a suburban Chicago parking lot that drew hundreds of people to celebrate Juneteenth, authorities said.

TV news video showed the strip mall lot in Willowbrook filled with debris and police tape, about 20 miles (32.1 kilometers) southwest of Chicago. The DuPage County Sheriff’s Office described it as a “peaceful gathering” to celebrate Juneteenth that suddenly turned violent as a number of people fired multiple shots into the crowd.

A motive for the attack wasn’t immediately known, and no one was arrested by early afternoon.

Since when is a motive required? Festive celebrations of urban culture are their own reward.

Celebrate Juneteenth by keeping your head down, avoiding diverse hellholes like Chicago and its environs, and waiting for black thugs who have been deliberately encouraged to run amok to push the body count high enough that Democrats think confiscating guns from law-abiding citizens will float.

Now that education has succumbed to the Long March Through the Institutions, the subject is never the subject; the subject is always moonbattery. This applies even to math:

High school students will learn about the causes of racial inequality and discuss reparations for slavery as part of a new “reparations math” curriculum developed by the creators of the controversial 1619 Project.

The 1619 Project has been pushed by the odious New York Times, flagship publication of the liberal establishment. It provides a fictional alternative version of American history, in which Americans — specifically America’s core population — are the bad guys. The American Revolution was fought to secure slavery, not liberty, because the oppression of blacks is at the root of everything, in accordance with Critical Race Theory.

When they apply this theory to astronomy, as they already have to history and math, students will learn that if a piece of rock orbits some undiscovered planet on the far side of the universe, it does so not because of gravity but because privileged blacks feel themselves to be oppressed.

The 1619 Project Education Network provides a lesson summary of what teenagers are to learn under “Reparations Math and Reparations History”:

Students apply math skills, research into historical wealth gaps in the U.S., and an analysis of different reparations models to an investigation into whether or not reparations should be paid to the descendents of enslaved people in the U.S.

In other words, 2 + 2 = Cough up your money, Whitey!

Educational materials related to the 1619 Project have been widely taught since its release in August 2019. A report by John Murawski of RealClearInvestigations in 2020 noted the 1619 Project curriculum had been adopted in over 3,500 classrooms across all 50 states, mostly through “administrative fiat” rather than a public review process.

Black conservative Carol Swain, who used to teach law and political science at Vanderbilt, observes the obvious:

“The curriculum materials for math are clearly geared towards politicizing the youngest minds.”

Ian Rowe, another black conservative, notes that the curriculum “is pure indoctrination designed to perpetuate an ideology of black dependency and retribution for historical and presumed present day racial victimization.”

Unfortunately, dissident voices who favor historical reality and black self-respect will be denounced as Uncle Toms and drowned out by a mob of parasites shouting, “Gimme!”

High-end gym chain Equinox has been ordered to pay $11.25 million to one of their former trainers after her lawyers convinced a New York jury that her firing was racially motivated and not because she showed up for work late 47 times.

Robynn Europe lives near Coney Island. Eventually, she showed up for work at a gym on the Upper East Side. She does not deny frequently being late. Nonetheless:

The jury found that Europe, a former professional bodybuilder, had been subjected to a hostile work environment and unlawfully fired her on the basis of both her race and gender.

What do you expect? These people chose Eric Adams to be their mayor.

Europe claims that a subordinate made racist and sexist remarks. Also, a manager at Equinox allegedly obliged a customer’s request for a white trainer. This manager had already been fired.

A Jamaican business owner who leases small cottages as short-term rentals to tourists has said she will be blocking “Black Americans” from renting from her in the future.

Like most everyone in Jamaica, she is black herself.

The owner said she rents to people from all over the world but has had difficulty with most of her Black American clientele. She categorized them as “Disrespectful, entitled, unappreciative” and said the reason they are is because they have been spoiled and given too much “free sh[**]” in America.

The corrosive effects of our handout society are evident from abroad. Yet through the use of ideological blinders, many Americans manage not to perceive it.

Alleged housing discrimination is among the pretexts supporting demands that blacks be given still more free sh**.

Jamaica had better hope it never falls under Democrat rule. Imagine how much it would have to inflate its currency to pay itself reparations.

Oakland A’s broadcaster Glen Kuiper was let go by NBC Sports California after using a racial slur during a telecast while describing a trip to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum.

Kuiper uttered the forbidden N-word. No, not that N-word. The other one: “Negro.” For reasons that have never been made clear, this word is no longer permissible, possibly not even while discussing the United Negro College Fund or the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Kuiper compounded his infraction by mispronouncing the word.

“Following an internal review, the decision has been made for NBC Sports California to end its relationship with Glen Kuiper, effective immediately,” the network said in a statement Monday. “We thank Glen for his dedication to Bay Area baseball over the years.”

The thanks he gets is a shoeprint on the seat of his pants because a word came out of his mouth the wrong way.

Meanwhile, down the Left Coast, the thanks Christian fans get is to see perverts revered for ridiculing their faith. Offend people all you want in leftist realms like profession sports; just don’t accidently offend those who are “oppressed.”

The researchers say they aim to publish a first batch of 1,000 definitions — some words and phrases will have more than one — by March 2025. But the more important goal of the project, which will be edited by Henry Louis Gates Jr., a scholar of African American history at Harvard University, is to underscore the significance of African American English and to create a resource for future research into Black speech, history and culture.

If the name rings a bell, Gates is the insufferable Harvard professor who contrived a racial incident by behaving like a spoilt child when the police temporarily prevented him from breaking into his own house, having no way of knowing he was the owner. Fellow race-baiter Barack Obama exploited the incident to stage the farcical Beer Summit, at which black members of our liberal ruling class held their noses and pretended to tolerate the sort of working class white guy who becomes a police officer. Historical note: Obama drank Bud Light, naturally.

Rap lyrics are cited as a source of new words social engineers want to inject into English. The dictionary may warrant an NC17 rating.

Many of the listed neologisms have a connection with slavery. The idea is to make an institution that ended going on 2 centuries ago seem currently relevant so it can be exploited for political purposes.

In addition to appearing in the Oxford Dictionary of African American English, the entries will also be added to the wider word bank of the Oxford English Dictionary, Gates said. …

More than just a collection of words, Gates said, the new dictionary will serve as a record of the ways Black people have molded the English language to protect themselves and also keep a morsel of autonomy in a world that would have them have none.

Slavery was abolished in the United States in 1865, generations before anyone living today was born. It was never legal in California.

Democrats know that the concept of reparations stokes racial animosity on both sides and creates it where there was none, and that implementation would lead to economic ruin. Yet they press onward — and not only in California:

A Denver councilwoman caused a stir when she declared that white-owned businesses should pay reparations.

Candi CdeBaca, a 37-year-old Democratic Socialist who is facing a run-off election in June, told a business forum Thursday that white-owned businesses should pay an additional race-based tax, which would be given in turn as reparations to minority-owned businesses.

As with most leftist lunacy, New York is not far behind on reparations. Neither is the once great city at the bottom of the Democrat Death Spiral, Detroit:

Last year, 80% of Detroit voters in a 78% black city cast their ballots in support of a reparations commission.

Slavery was banned in Michigan in 1787. Not that it matters.

Chairwoman Lauren Hood of the Detroit City Planning Commission said that she didn’t know who the 20% were, but assumed it was maybe newcomers to the city or non-black residents.

“Detroit is the blackest big city in the nation. Eight out of every 10 people here are due some sort of reparation,” Chairwoman Hood argued.

Unless blacks are to pay themselves to be oppressed, this will come at a hefty price to the few remaining Caucasians who have not escaped Detroit.

When California and other liberal jurisdictions go bankrupt paying people outlandish fortunes for being black, the rest of the country will be forced to bail them out — unless Democrats take the looting spree national. Then it could be financed the way Biden pays for his version of the Green New Deal — through inflation. Refer to Zimbabwe and the Weimar Republic to see how that works.

As the reparations issue demonstrates, moonbats are unreasonable and irresponsible. The USA will collapse into a failed state if they are not pried loose from power.

Turns out our conspicuously incompetent transportation secretary has another qualification besides being deafeningly homosexual. Pete Buttigieg can push moonbattery to extremes of pernicious foolishness that only the utterly shameless can achieve, as he proved by telling professional race baiter Al Sharpton that roads designed by racist Caucasians kill minorities:

“We have a crisis when it comes to roadway fatalities in America. We lose about 40,000 people every year. It’s a level that is comparable to gun violence. And we see a lot of racial disparities. Black and Brown Americans, tribal citizens and rural residents are much more likely to lose their lives whether it’s in a car or as a pedestrian being hit by a car,” Buttigieg said.

By “gun violence,” he largely means suicide, the rate of which unsurprisingly rose when Democrats took power in 2021.

He continued, “There are a lot of reasons related to discrimination and related to even the ways that roads are designed and built, who has access to a safe street design that has crosswalks and good lighting, who doesn’t have that access that can drive disparities, and we have a responsibility to act on that.”

With geniuses like Buttigieg in charge, we can design roads so that the only people who get killed in traffic accidents are those who deserve it, namely whites. He’ll get right on it, so long as he isn’t too busy taking extended paternity leave with his child-grooming “husband.”

We may one day discover life on other planets, but it is safe to say we will never discover a lifeform lower than Pete Buttigieg, because that would be inconceivable.

He may be out $190,000 per year to generate propaganda on behalf of a poisonous ideology, but at least the apparent fabrication of fake racial animosity earns him a place on the Hate Hoax List.
