Department of Justice Employee Arrested for Terrorism

Finally, we are getting some arrests in response to the prevailing left-wing terrorism:

Olvera De Leon is an employee with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas in Brownsville and is charged with one count of terrorism and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

The charges stem from a June 9 raid by federal agents in Brownsville.

During the operation, bystanders began recording and livestreaming.

This practice is intended to obstruct law enforcement. Maybe a moonbat will get lucky and come up with a still that makes it look like an officer knelt on a put-upon foreign invader’s neck. The media can take it from there. Or maybe an agent can be identified and targeted:

Various social media users began commenting on one of the livestreams when one of the commenters made what authorities considered a death threat against the agent being shown in the video. Moments after, another commenter revealed the identity of the agent in the video.

That commenter was identified as US Department of Justice employee Olvera De Leon. When the government is infested with people who oppose the country’s defense from foreign invasion, we have a problem.

Doxxing agents is serious business. ICE agents face a 8000% increase in death threats against them. Liberals even go after their children.

That’s why ICE agents have to wear masks — and why Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law forbidding them from wearing masks.

Elsewhere in Texas:

Five far-left extremists have admitted to being Antifa members and terrorists in federal plea deals stemming from a coordinated ambush shooting on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility on the Fourth of July.

Meanwhile, Democrat propagandists tell us that Antifa does not exist.

On Nov. 19, Seth Sikes, Joy Abigail Gibson, Lynette Read Sharp, Nathan Baumann and John Phillip Thomas each admitted to one count of providing material support to terrorists for their role in the shooting attack on the Prairieland facility in Alvarado, Texas, that resulted in a police officer being shot in the neck and other officers being fired upon.

More arrests for terrorism will be required before the country is safe from moonbats.

Transgender Activist and Sex Worker Arrested for Arson — Again

The correlation between transgenderism and violence is well documented. An especially alarming form of violence is arson, due to its indiscriminate nature. Perpetrators do not care who or how many fall victim.

From Stillwater, Oklahoma:

A 35-year-old transgender activist and sex worker was arrested after allegedly setting fire to an occupied apartment building during a standoff with police in Payne County.

Cassidy Mal Lyss (“Malice”), of Stillwater, was the suspect in an assault and battery reported to police on Nov. 10. When police officers responded to his apartment, he barricaded himself inside, threatened to burn the place down and then allegedly started a fire, according to a police statement.

Nathan Herbert Click, as he used to be known, had been arrested for arson before:

In 2022, he was charged with setting fire to his room in his family’s home and fleeing while his mother was still inside the home.

For this, he served 6 months in prison and had to pay his mom $100 in restitution. What a great time to be a criminal.

As recently as August, Click wrote on Facebook, “May I start burning Churches yet?” Click was active on social media, posting photos of himself, images of the trans flag and promoting his sex work on OnlyFans and other adult websites.

Being both a transsexual and a sex worker (i.e., prostitute) earns Mr. Click intersectional favored status per the ideology of the moonbats running our courts. Despite a criminal history that features not only arson but assault, battery, robbery, public intoxication, obstructing police, threatening violence, and violating parole, we can expect him to be unleashed on the public again soon.

Transgender Schoolteacher Transforms Himself Into Nightmarish Horror

Transgenderism manifests something truly dark. For examples, refer to the Transsexual Violence Hall of Horrors. Comparably disturbing is what those who succumb to this form of madness do to their own bodies. Presenting a schoolteacher named James Stilipec:

Concerns are mounting in Maryland after a male teacher was found posting TikTok videos flaunting what he describes as his pregnancy and breast-implant fetish.

Stilipec was previously married to a female Navy service member, and the two had placed their children for adoption. In 2014, he became the subject of a Protection From Abuse order after a court was told he had allegedly targeted the adoptive family of one of his children with “ongoing threats, stalking, and harassment.” The order barred him from contacting the family for one year. Stilipec and his wife divorced in 2016.

He has other hobbies:

Stilipec also writes erotic fiction under the pen name Jay Aress. Nearly all of his publicly available works feature themes of BDSM, sexual slavery, and forced prostitution.

Allowing the sort of moonbats who run the National Education Association to inflict their agenda means trusting guys like Stilipec to educate children.

Pro-Abortion Propaganda Targets 5-Year-Olds

Leftist ideology is so patently sick and wrong that recruitment focuses on children too young to have developed a sense of moral revulsion. The idea is that attitudes implanted in defenseless minds at a very early age can lead to a lifetime of voting for Democrats. That’s why the liberal anti-sacrament of abortion is promoted via books aimed at children as young as 5 years:

Amelia Bonow, the abortion activist most well-known for creating the “Shout Your Abortion” social media movement, has published a children’s book about abortion…

The book is entitled Abortion Is Everything.

Marketed toward children from ages five to eight, it purports to explain abortion in kid-friendly (and extremely abortion-positive) language.

Social media posts for the book describe abortion as a “superpower” that gives human beings the unique power to shape their own destinies, avoiding the fact that abortion kills human beings.

Barks a fan on social media:

“Love it. I‘ve been speaking to my kids about abortion since they were small and it is so empowering to hear a child say: ‘You don‘t have to be pregnant if you don’t want to be.’”

Nothing gets in the way of a liberal becoming empowered.

Abortion Is Everything is not the first book of its kind:

Another abortion activist, Mary Walling Blackburn, wrote a pro-abortion children’s book in which she referred to an aborted baby as a “happy ghost.”

When moonbat utopia has been achieved, moral revulsion will be destigmatized out of existence. Applied liberalism will no longer inspire horror. We will shuffle along empty-eyed to hell like a horde of zombies.

At this point, Arabic is spoken at home by only 18.4% of the population of Hickory Hills. Ladies are not advised to go outdoors without their hijabs once this passes 30%.

Fight for Justice for Derek Chauvin Continues

The most appalling miscarriage of justice in modern times is the railroading of Derek Chauvin, who was tried and convicted of being a white police officer who arrested the career criminal fentanyl victim George Floyd.

That Chauvin did nothing wrong has been well documented. Readers are referred to The Fall of Minneapolis and Ben Shapiro’s excellent series The Case for Derek Chauvin.

Chauvin was denied a change of venue, despite the clear threat of continued violence from Black Lives Matter scum if he was not offered up to the mob as a sacrificial victim. Left-wing activist judge Peter Cahill was openly hostile toward Chauvin.

That the farce was a political show trial could not have been more obvious. Maxine Waters even came in from California to demand Chauvin’s head on a platter.

As liberals knew was likely and no doubt hoped, an attempt was soon made on Chauvin’s life in prison. He was stabbed 22 times but somehow survived.

Due to the high visibility of the Chauvin’s disgraceful kangaroo court trial, the credibility of our entire system of justice has been compromised. Faith in it can only be restored when the verdict has been rendered null and void. Also, we cannot expect police officers to lay their lives on the line to protect us when they know they are subject to the same fate as Derek Chauvin.

So this is welcome news:

Attorney Greg Joseph has filed a “Memorandum in support of petition for postconviction relief” on behalf of his client Derek Chauvin…

The petition states that the case involved two key issues: intent and causation. That is, one, whether the restraint of Floyd followed policies and procedures of the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD); and two, if the restraint caused his death.

The answers to these questions are respectively yes and no, despite the disprovable lies told at his trial.

In seeking to vacate Chauvin’s conviction, or obtain a new trial, the petition argues that Chauvin “was deprived of his right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article I of the Minnesota Constitution.”

Let’s not forget his Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial before an impartial jury.

Joseph’s petition for Chauvin also references the 34 current and former MPD officers who provided sworn declarations about how the restraint that Chauvin used was in fact part of MPD training, to the contrary of [MPD Inspector Katie] Blackwell’s testimony during Chauvin’s trial. In addition to those 34 officers, Chauvin’s petition includes declarations from 23 additional officers who came forward.
