Pottain’s preliminary cause of death was listed as acute … chronic congestive heart failure and [the] manner of her death was listed as natural.
There is nothing natural about weighing 740 pounds.
Pottain tried to lose weight. Others appear to make no such effort, egged on with promises of cherished oppressed status for being victims of “fatphobia.” Jae’lynn Chaney has emerged as the Al Sharpton of obesity.
You see people who are really fat and people who are really old, but how often do you see people who are really fat and really old? As with homosexuality — which is also extremely hazardous to your health — just because the liberal establishment promotes it does not mean it is good for you; the opposite is more likely to be the case.

The official ideology of academia is moonbattery, a fundamental component of which is self-hatred. So no one should be surprised that Smith College — a women’s college — just granted an honorary degree to a man who has waged war on women.
The honoree is Richard “Rachel” Levine…
…who has weaponized his medical position as a doctor to attack fairness in women’s sports, privacy in women’s intimate settings, and a generation’s ability to have children.
Levine took part in the abomination that was the Biden Regime as assistant secretary for health at the Department of Health and Human Services.
[H]e has repeatedly condemned commonsense laws protecting women, claiming that these laws represent a threat not just to his worldview but to people’s health.
Mr. Levine has no regrets that he didn’t transition to a grotesque parody of a woman until relatively late in life, because that way he got to have kids.
Yet Levine seems not to care about the next generation’s ability to have children. Not only does he champion “gender-affirming care” for young people, but he pressured the World Professional Association for Transgender Health—an activist group masquerading as the authority on health care for transgender people—to remove age limits for transgender surgery.

It is an interesting kind of horror that modern academia, an environment where objective facts should be most revered, has instead become an environment where objective facts are most reviled. The complete denial of biological reality within the western academic community is an enduring source of social disruption. Their continued promotion of gender fluid theory, based on zero concrete scientific evidence, is stealing opportunities from real women and turning western education into an embarrassing mockery.
…and for mental health:
The overarching problem with the trans movement is that it demands the normalization and even celebration of mental illness under protected group status. On the totem pole of social justice, trans people are at the top, enjoying a venerated position even above black women and gays.
There is one good reason for the Ivory Tower to lavish honors on Levine. He personifies moonbattery as well as anyone alive.

The league announced a new initiative titled “No Space for Hate”…
“As part of the comprehensive plan, the WNBA is rolling out an AI-powered technology solution to monitor social media activity, in partnership with players and teams, to help protect the community from online hate speech and harassment,” the announcement read.
“Hate speech and harassment” are comprised of communication favored groups choose to be offended by.
A revised WNBA fan code of conduct includes regulations for fans on social media, and threats of sanctioning those fans from official content if they are violated. The new policy lists racist, homophobic, sexist, sexual, threatening or libelous content as “subject to blocking or deletion.”
“Repeat violations of these guidelines may result in the violator no longer being able to follow our news, comment on our posts or send us messages,” the policy reads.
When similar people achieve control of the Internet, similar systems will be applied to all online speech.

However, apocalyptic thought, especially in certain Christian manifestations, has ironically served as a medium for moralism, discrimination, and ill-will toward anyone seen as Other.
There will no otherizing anybody under Apokalyptic Ecology, except maybe countermoonbats.

Karen Mizuno revealed that she was notified by police that she was facing possible criminal charges because she had mocked a trans activist who had stated that “archaeologists are transphobic.”
She may be guilty of misgendering a 3.2 million-year-old fossil named Lucy.
Gasps Mizuno:
“Trans activists were saying that attesting that Lucy was a woman, because of her female pelvic bone, was transphobia. In other words, they said she could be a trans man. They really think that someone who lived three million years ago had a ‘gender identity.’”
Mizuno responded to the controversy over whether it is transphobic to call Lucy female with what she intended as a light-hearted joke:
“With each passing day, human extinction ceases to become a fear and becomes something to hope for.”
The unamused police showed up at her door.
Mizuno explains that police first became aware of her while they were probing the social media of Isabela Cêpa, another women’s rights activist who they were similarly investigating for criminal “transphobia.” As previously reported by Reduxx, Cêpa has been threatened with up to 25 years in prison for “misgendering” a transgender politician named Erika Hilton.
Mizuno reveals that there is more to her thoughtcrime than a harmless joke:
“I’m associated with MATRIA, which is an organization of women who are critical of the gender self-identification laws,” she says. “We are trying to resist [gender ideology] and have had some victories in favor of child safeguarding, like the ban on puberty blockers on kids. The Federal Council of Medicine also raised the minimum age for prescribing cross-sex hormones to 18, and have now banned transgender surgeries that would cause sterilization until 21. But trans activists are mad and organizing marches to try to pressure the government to reverse these changes.”
When authorities comply with them, the wrath of trans activists in no laughing matter:
If Mizuno is found guilty of the crime of “transphobia,” she could face a prison sentence of up to 3 years.
Colorado is not alone as it succumbs to transsexual tyranny.

The liberal establishment is getting desperate in its attempts to persuade us to surrender our right of self-defense. A recent peer-reviewed paper in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine links guns to tooth decay:
Increases in firearm violence were associated with lower dental care utilization and higher rates of edentulism. A 1-shooting increase corresponded to a 0.01% reduction in dental care utilization and a 0.06% increase in edentulism the following year.
“Edentulism” means your teeth rotted right out of your mouth from buying too much candy with your EBT card.
Neighborhoods experiencing higher levels of firearm violence face disparities in dental care and oral health, highlighting firearm violence as a social determinant of oral health.
As an interim solution, until guns can be banned,
Interventions such as mobile dental clinics and integrating dental care into violence intervention programs could mitigate disparities in dental care access and oral health in communities affected by firearm violence.

And of course, it will be law-abiding, non-violent taxpayers who will have to shoulder the financial burden of “interventions” that might slightly raise the overall level of dental health in really bad neighborhoods, but do nothing whatever to lower the level of violence not committed by guns, but by people wielding the guns they’ve stolen or bought on the black market. One wonders how many taxpayer dollars paid for this pre-ordained result from Rutgers “scientists?”
