The inflationary looting spree Democrats absurdly named the Inflation Reduction Act launders taxpayer money so they can spend it on themselves in multiple ways. One is the tactic perfected by Obama of washing the money through economically insane green energy boondoggles. Another is the hiring of a staggering 87,000 new IRS employees.

The IRS employee union is a major funder of the Democratic party. … In the past decade, the IRS union has given $601,759 in PAC funding to Democrat party committees.

In the 2022 cycle, the National Treasury Employees Union has given 100% of its PAC funding to Democrats. It gives 98.79% of its federal candidate spending to Democrats. Why shouldn’t it? The IRS is the essence of Big Government, and Democrats are the Party of Big Government.

Doubling the number of IRS agents should double this funding, which is provided by the taxpayers forced to finance IRS salaries.

The value of the US dollar will not be the only victim of the inflationary spending blowout that Democrats insolently call the Inflation Reduction Act. Other casualties will include the middle class that defines America and the eagles that symbolize it.

Regarding the middle class,

According to the Congressional Budget Office, the Inflation Reduction Act slammed through by Democrats is going to hit middle-class working Americans hard in the wallet with $20 billion in new taxes at a time when they can least afford it. …

Not only is the middle-class set to get hammered with $20,000 billion in taxes over the next decade, but the 87,000 new IRS agents added to the agency, roughly doubling its force, will also allegedly be busy auditing those same struggling Americans. …

The CBO’s conclusion echoes that of an earlier report from the Joint Committee on Taxation that determined that the $80 billion the bill will spend on IRS expansion will wind up targeting small business owners…

Biden arrogantly signed the bill despite having repeatedly promised not to raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 per year. Senator Mike Crapo (R-ID) introduced an amendment to protect these Americans from increased IRS scrutiny under the bill. This was shot down by Democrats along party lines, as they continued to follow fellow Marxist Vladimir Lenin’s advice to crush the middle class between the millstones of taxation and inflation.

Regarding eagles,

Biden is ramping up wind energy developments which scientists say could lead to 20,000 golden eagle deaths over a ten-year period, equal to roughly 50% of the species’ population, which is about 40,000, according to the AP, citing a United States Geological Survey (USGS) study. …

The expansion of wind power is a key part of President Joe Biden’s climate agenda that seeks to replace fossil fuels with green energy sources like wind turbines in order to achieve net-zero carbon emissions economy-wide by 2050.

We are insultingly asked to believe that hideous wind turbines will improve the weather. Their actual purpose is to launder taxpayer money to pay off Democrat campaign donors, a form of corruption perfected by Biden’s mentor Obama.

Government officials collect golden eagle death numbers via an online system used by government agencies, companies, scientists, tribes and private groups, according to the AP. However, officials refuse to reveal exactly how many eagles are killed by wind farms, arguing that it is critical law enforcement information.

No doubt the number of small businesses that are taxed out of existence to pay for useless wind turbines will also be suppressed as “critical law enforcement information.”

It is estimated that more than one million birds a year are killed by wind turbines, according to the conservationist NGO, the Sierra Club.

There is zero chance that wind turbines will meet more than a small fraction of our energy needs, much less stop the climate from fluctuating the way it always has and always will.

Imagine if you could cure cancer just by not voting for it. Yet half the population continues to vote for Democrats.

Among the many ways the Inflation Acceleration Act will drive up inflation is the hiring of a staggering 87,000 IRS employees. Recruiting so many people for such a despicable job (which creates no wealth) will help drive up wage inflation.

IRS recruiting efforts afford us another look into a future where tax collectors are a major part of life:

In lieu of 30 pieces of silver, recruits can look forward to an eventual $175,000 per year plus lavish benefits and retirement, not to mention plenty of days off like Juneteenth and probably soon Harriet Tubman Day. Too bad the taxpayers they are paid to persecute don’t have it half that nice.

In return for the money it confiscates, the federal government does essentially nothing for the average middle class American. The feds will not so much as defend our country from foreign invasion. That’s why there is no federal taxation. There is only federal theft.

The latest Democrat tax-and-spend bonanza takes an intolerable situation and makes it worse.

To understand what it means that as part of the Inflation Exacerbation Act our Democrat rulers will print and spend vast fortunes to supersize the IRS, adding 87,000 employees, look to the sort of people liberal elitists most hate:

Texas cattle ranchers David and Deborah Hajda issued a dire warning to America’s middle class after Democrats’ spending bill passed both houses of Congress allowing provisions for approximately $80 billion in IRS funding, a majority of which is dedicated to enforcement.

The owners of Raising Five Cattle Company are still smarting from a grueling audit inflicted on them 13 years ago.

“We got audited over basically a $7,800 engine rebuild on a very old tractor,” Deborah said.

The repair cost constituted a red flag for the parasitical bureaucrats in charge of confiscating the wealth we create.

The Hajdas offered to fax in the pertinent records, but agents insisted on the bang-on-your-door, shock-and-awe Mar-a-Lago approach we have come to associate with Democrats. After invading their home, they kept looking until they found a violation:

“He wasn’t satisfied. He kept digging, and he ended up nailing us. Our tax person was giving us 80% on our work vehicles, and he said you can only do 50%,” David said.

Deborah warns that other many other members of the middle class will now be put through this wringer:

“They want to get you. If they’re coming after you for an audit, they don’t want to see your receipt… they want to nitpick your life apart, and that’s not what the American dream is for self-employment, small business…”

Rule by today’s neo-Marxist Democrats is the opposite of the American dream. It is any true American’s worst nightmare.

The IRS is not needed to collect revenue. Neither are taxes. The federal leviathan doesn’t steal nearly as much as it wastes. It just prints what it wants, which is why inflation is out of control. The purpose of the IRS is to intimidate and to punish.

The much-hated IRS will be larger than the Pentagon, State Department, FBI, and Border Patrol combined. Obama’s weaponized IRS is undergoing fundamental transportation into an American Gestapo — or as Obama himself would say, a “national security force.”

Its vastly increased power will not render the IRS more benevolent. Its recruiting efforts have emphasized that new agents must “be willing to use deadly force.” This spring, it spent $700,000 on ammunition to shoot Americans with.

In the Internal Revenue Service 2021 annual report, IRS Criminal Investigation special agents can be observed simulating an armed assault on a suburban home at the agency’s National Criminal Investigation Training Academy (NCITA), located within the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, Georgia.

Keeping the IRS out of your life is not intended to be easy.

According to the report,

“Through frequent use of force training, [IRS agents] maintain their skills and abilities to ensure good judgement and to apply the appropriate degree of force necessary to safely carry out enforcement activities, including issuing search warrants, arrests, surveillance, dignitary protection, undercover activities, and seizures.”

The undercover activities and seizures sound especially ominous. Next time Democrats want to throw a scare into the opposition, they may sic the IRS instead of the FBI on Mar-a-Lago.

Only a tiny fraction of the $80 billion of our money that Democrats are heaping upon the IRS is targeted to improving its infamously awful customer service, whereas $45.6 billion is devoted to “enforcement.”

“Abolish the IRS” would be a winning campaign slogan. Candidates might elaborate by adding, “While We Still Can.”

Democrats have created crippling inflation through massive wasteful spending and phony climate change fanaticism. Now they impose a blowout bill to throw both into overdrive. The effect this will have on inflation would be obvious to a child. In the spirit of the Democrat instruction manual 1984, they call the bill the Inflation Reduction Act.

In the same spirit, they named a bill designed to further desecrate marriage the “Respect for Marriage Act.”

The Daily Signal observes the obvious:

With inflation hitting 9.1% in June, this is a stagflationary economy. Inflation-adjusted wages for the average American worker have fallen by nearly $3,400 since President Joe Biden took office. …

The government’s policies over the last two years have been a perfect recipe for the highest inflation in four decades: trillions of dollars in government spending financed by the Federal Reserve’s printing presses coupled with lockdowns, new regulations, a war on energy, and anti-work programs that drove down supply. …

The so-called Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, in reality, only would add to the inflationary pain families are already feeling thanks to hundreds of billions in new government spending and job-destroying tax hikes.

Democrats tell us to look at the bright side: raising our taxes will supposedly counteract the inflationary spending.

Unfortunately, the Inflation Reduction Act doubles down on the same irresponsible fiscal policy that has caused inflation: All of the new government spending is upfront, while the deficit-reducing revenues are backloaded.

The result would be higher short-term deficits and higher inflation.

In the long term, the taxes will prevent economic recovery. The inevitable effect is too obvious not to be intentional. Poor people are easier to rule.

The Inflation Reduction Act would even advance the radical Green New Deal agenda, spending an astonishing $369 billion in the name of “decarbonizing all sectors of the economy.” Biden’s anti-fossil fuel policies have already cost us dearly, driving up prices.

Fossil fuels are the lifeblood of any modern economy. Without them, everything will stop and we will starve. Liberals cannot “decarbonize” the economy without provoking the violent overthrow of the government. However, they can waste enough money to drive inflation into the stratosphere. Debasing American currency makes it easier to make payments on the debt they are running up.

Because American currency was relatively sound before the likes of Joe Biden took control of the federal government, the dollar is the world’s reserve currency. Inflation forces people throughout the world to pay for Democrat spending, so long as they hold American currency — which they won’t do for long.

Calling a bill that will obviously push inflation to new heights the “Inflation Reduction Act” goes beyond Orwellian. It is a finger in the eye of regular Americans. They may as well call it the “We Are Destroying Your Lousy Country on Purpose and You Can’t Stop Us Act.”

New Zealand has revealed plans to tax burps and farts from livestock in an attempt to reduce its emissions of methane gas.

New Zealand is well known for sheep.

The nation is a major exporter of meat and dairy products: roughly 5 million people live in New Zealand compared to 10 million cattle and 26 million sheep.

Whether those who voted for Covid tyrant Jacinda Ardern’s leftist Labour Party are double counted as both people and sheep is unclear.

New Zealand would be the first nation to tax belching and flatulence.

Not exactly something to build a national identity upon.

Andrew Hoggard, a dairy farmer and the national president of Federated Farmers of New Zealand, said he largely approves of the plan in a statement provided to the BBC.

Enthuses Hoggard, “[L]ike all of these types of agreements with many parties involved, there’s always going to be a couple of dead rats you have to swallow.”

Presumably taxing burps and farts will reduce them by forcing farmers to kill off their livestock. If this exacerbates impending food shortages badly enough, it may even help kill off some carbon-emitting humans.

Leftists haven’t yet taxed the flatulence emitted from their own mouths as they pretend that the weather is a problem and that they can control it by confiscating other people’s money. That might raise some real revenue.
