We can’t have people who inflict sex change operations on children impaled on stakes because the Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. But how is it not cruel and unusual punishment to lock female convicts in a cage with guys like Mark Campbell — who raped his 10-year-old daughter?

Despite his biology and the heightened threat he poses to women based on the nature of his crime, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections allowed him to be categorized as “FEMALE,” and subsequently to be incarcerated with female inmates at Taycheedah Correctional Institution since August of 2022.

Campbell began serving his 34-year sentence in 2007, and has since been receiving wrong-sex hormones and claiming to be a woman named Nicole. In 2013, he requested a surgical operation to mutilate his male sexual organs to appear more female, and was initially declined for not meeting prerequisites.

Campbell is a psychotic sex criminal. Why not just lock women in a cage with hungry lions?

Stand by for some irony:

In 2016, Campbell sued the Department of Corrections for not allowing him to undergo the procedure, claiming it was an Eighth Amendment violation.

US District Judge James Peterson sided with the creep against taxpayers, whom he forced to finance Campbell’s surgical transformation into a parody of a woman. As it succumbs to the Long March Through the Institutions, the legal system is increasingly controlled by leftist kooks.

While he awaits the procedure, the convicted rapist continues to be housed with female inmates.

Male sex criminals in female prisons are not unusual:

According to The Daily Signal’s reporting on Wisconsin data, 81 of the 161 male inmates who claim to be transgender have been convicted of “sexual assault or sexual abuse.”

Sathanandan demanded swift consequences, calling to ‘get illegal guns off our streets, catch these young people… and hold them in custody and prosecute them. Period.’

Sounds good — so long as by “illegal guns” she means “illegal guns,” not the firearms law-abiding citizens require to defend themselves.

Each suspect was charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling during an emergency, grand theft and trespassing, with bails set for each at $1 million.

Meanwhile, liberals have been abolishing bail in places like New York and Chicago where they have achieved total dominance. That might have allowed the thieves to get back to looting within hours.

Authorities have implemented an 11 p.m. curfew for Horseshoe Beach.

Breaking the curfew so as to engage in antisocial behavior is unlikely to result in extravagant cash payments from the government. Florida isn’t Denver — although it would be on the way to Denver if Ron DeSantis hadn’t squeaked out a win against leftist degenerate Andrew Gillum in 2018.

Denver will hand over nearly $5 million to protesters who participated in 2020 demonstrations after the death of George Floyd after settling a class-action lawsuit on Aug. 23 that alleged they were selectively targeted for violating curfew, according to the court document.

You want selectively targeted? Try the January 6 protesters who watched leftists riot throughout the country for months on end with minimal consequences, but then were thrown into solitary confinement for trespassing in the People’s House, their crime being protesting against election fraud rather than whiteness.

The lawsuit, filed in November 2021 by seven protesters, alleged that more than 300 people were arrested for violating the curfew. The settlement awarded over $4.7 million to the protesters and promised that the city would not enforce future curfews against persons engaging in First Amendment activity.

Note that the rioters are explicitly rewarded for breaking the law. The money comes from the pockets of the law-abiding.

Don’t expect this to apply if there is another Covid crackdown and people want to protest lockdowns and mask mandates.

She alleged she was denied hormone replacement therapy medications for four weeks and wasn’t given her prescribed testosterone blockers or antidepressants.

Normally oppression this egregious would warrant a larger jackpot, but New York has already given all its money to illegal aliens. So Mr. Holland only collects a $160,000 settlement, despite claims to have been roughed up.

It isn’t only about the money:

Transgender people in Broome County Jail will now be able to receive transgender health care, be housed consistent with their gender identity and be free from harassment and discrimination. Clothing and toiletry items will be consistent with a person’s gender identity and access will be granted to gender-affirming items such as wigs.

Regarding the supposed right of the sexual deranged to “be housed consistent with their gender identity”:

A little more than half of the men housed in Wisconsin Department of Corrections facilities who identify as transgender women have been convicted of at least one count of sexual assault or sexual abuse.

Bestowing privilege upon criminals who choose to embrace transgenderism will continue to result in rape and sometimes impregnation behind bars. No matter; women rank below the Alphabet People on the totem pole of oppression.

DeSantis said that Worrell, who was backed by a group tied to Democrat billionaire George Soros, has allowed murderers, other violent offenders, and dangerous drug traffickers to receive extremely reduced sentences and escape the full consequences of their criminal conduct.

Worrell responded as you might expect: by howling that DeSantis is a threat to Our Democracy.

She also screamed that DeSantis is a “dictator” and “evil.” Nothing sooths the soul like the impotent shrieking of thwarted moonbats.

DeSantis’s office listed numerous examples of Worrell unleashing havoc on Florida, including:

“Just this past weekend, Worrell was at the center of a major controversy. Daton Viel was arrested in March 2023 for sexual battery on a minor, as well as Lewd and Lascivious Molestation. That arrest was made while Viel was on probation for another offense – that probation began in February 2023. Viel was still let out on bond and thereafter shot two Orlando Police Officers.”

Moonbattery is not a victimless crime.

“Cali,” already a twice-convicted criminal, afterward claimed it was self-defense.

Anderson was identified in court papers by her [sic] legal name, Christopher Brian Anderson. Her attorneys noted she [sic] was being held in protective custody in jail because she [sic] is transgender.

No doubt he will receive privileged treatment throughout his short stay in the penal system, probably including residence in a woman’s facility, as is the custom in Washington State.

Speaking of male psychopaths getting regal treatment in women’s prisons, let’s slide down the Left Coast to visit Dana Rivers:

A transgender triple murderer controversially housed in a women’s prison has been accused of ‘preying on inmates’ while bragging about receiving ‘special treatment’ due to California’s woke incarceration policies.

Dana Rivers, 68, who previously went by David Chester Warfield before transitioning to female, brutally shot and stabbed lesbian couple Charlotte Reed and Patricia Wright, before turning the gun on their 19-year-old adopted son Benny Diambu-Wright in November 2016.

At her [sic] sentencing last month, judge Scott Patton said the killings were ‘the most depraved crime I ever handled in the criminal justice system in 33 years’.

Hold on, judge. Progressives aren’t done progressing.

Decades before her [sic] horrific crime, Rivers was a renowned transgender activist who made national headlines in 1999 after being fired from her [sic] teaching job for transitioning genders, and angering faculty by reportedly discussing ‘sexuality and the importance of gender self-determination’ with students.

Rivers/Warfield should have been placed in a rubber room. Instead, he sued the school and received a $150,000 settlement. Now he is queen of Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla.

‘Rivers has been a problem since (she) [sic] rolled in the door,’ one inmate at the facility told the Washington Free Beacon. ‘(She) [sic] is trying to control the women, saying he gets to bypass everything — special treatment.’

Transsexuals get special treatment in the military, why not in prison? After all, the media tells us they are marginalized.

Megan Imirowicz, 19, could have faced a life sentence over the death of her 64-year-old father, Konrad, with whom she was angry because he was too drunk to take her to a hair appointment.

He did not die quickly or pleasantly:

While in hospital, Konrad [Imirowicz] had his legs amputated, endured multiple infections, a tracheotomy, skin grafts and kidney dialysis, reports The Oakland Press.

No doubt Megan is the real victim. Having to shoulder responsibility for getting to hair appointments on her own must have been traumatic for her. But she feels much better now:

Hann was first arrested after the remains of his 10-week-old daughter, Montana, were discovered stuffed in a tupperware container in Arkansas. …

Montana’s corpse had been in the plastic tub for approximately one year before she was found, and it was later determined that the baby had died of a fractured skull. …

When found, Hann and [his partner Krissy] Werntz were in custody of a one-year-old child who was reportedly on the brink of death. The infant had a number of severe physical injuries, including a dozen broken ribs, retinal hemorrhaging, bleeding under the skin, and internal damage.

That baby was saved. However,

A second corpse was then discovered, one belonging to a 6-week-old son Hann was found to have murdered by head trauma in 1999.

Hann was appropriately sentenced to death in 2013. However, this was in California, where Gavin Newsom suspended the death penalty in 2019. The accommodations at San Quentin must not have met Hann’s standards, because that same year he declared himself a woman.

SB-132, The Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act, formally established the right of inmates to be housed on the basis of gender identity.

That’s what passes for a “right” under liberal rule, while real rights like free expression and self-defense are denied. They had to move Werntz out of the Central California Women’s Facility to prevent him from killing her, as he was allowed in with the general population.

Since the Act went into effect, 357 male inmates have requested transfer to a women’s prison. According to Keep Prisons Single Sex USA, they had previously learned that 33.8% of the men seeking transfer to the female estate are known to be registered sex offenders.

For his crimes against society, Hann will be rewarded with an expensive operation to indulge him in his psychosis by installing artificial breasts.

Transsexuals are psychotic by definition, so it should not be surprising that so many of them are violent criminals. That society eggs them on in their insanity is itself insane — or evil.

Police said as the group was trying to leave without paying a 68-year-old employee named Donna Hansbrough tried to stop them and grabbed their cart.

This left her with a swollen black eye and no job after 13 years of service. Confronting thieves instead of letting them help themselves is a violation of policy.
