CTPost reports that eight moonbats were arrested at this “small protest” Wednesday night. Charges include possession of a prohibited weapon and assaulting a police officer. Police confiscated a handgun, a knife, bear spray, and a hammer.

Meanwhile, CNN and MSNBC pretend that conservatives gathering to call for an honest vote count are the dangerous ones.

The mostly peaceful Denver protesters overturned a dumpster and set the contents on fire, broke windows, and of course defaced property with graffiti.

Even if hardly harmless, the monster is still a baby. But monsters grow quickly if no one prevents it.

People like this end up in power, even in great countries. The results are invariably nightmarish.

Democrats who kids themselves that they can help Kamala Harris to power, though she openly supports and enables these maniacs, will be in for a rude awakening if this goes as far as it did in France in 1789, Russia in 1917, or China in 1949. If history is any guide, millions will die. Many of the liberals who helped create the fever swamp of festering moonbattery that spawned Black Lives Matter and Antifa will be among them.

Congratulations to Ted Wheeler, who was reelected Mayor of Portland. As demonstrators closed in on law enforcement and demanded to know why the man had been detained, it became clear cops were heavily outnumbered.

Several crowd members appeared to be carrying weapons, including bats and sticks.

The officers clung onto each other, then backed away, changing direction several times until the crowds following them dropped off.

Police appeared to then retreat into a nearby hotel.

When civilization retreats, the radicalized Democrats win.

Then several other black-clad members jump in and pummel the man from all sides. One person is seen hitting the Trump supporter in the back of the head with a pole.

The man gets away for a second and then is clobbered again by the mob. They punch, kick, and smash him with objects as he is defenseless on the ground.

It is not safe to leave your home in New York — not with Bill de Blasio in charge and a revolution underway. A 40-year-old man was walking his dog near Central Park on Saturday when protesters surrounded him:

Police said the man “engaged the group of protesters in conversation” as they surrounded him.

This did not seem to help.

[O]ne of the protesters punched the man in the head and pushed him to the ground, police said.

While the man was on the ground, two other protesters then punched and stomped on him, police said.

They tried to steal his cellphone, but lacked the follow-through to succeed. Both the victim and his dog suffered minor injuries.

They were lucky. Worse has happened to random people who fall into the hands of mostly peaceful protesters. Worst still will happen if their revolution succeeds.

Iannarone’s campaign manager Gregory McKelvey openly identifies as a communist. Iannarone herself identifies as Antifa, literally proclaiming, “I am Antifa.”

At least she doesn’t leave anyone guessing as to which side she takes in the one-sided war between leftist terrorists and law enforcement. From her campaign website:

For weeks we witnessed Federal officers commit acts of violence against Portlanders in our streets… Before Trump’s secret police left the city, Portland’s current mayor failed for months to prevent Portland’s police from violently attacking journalists and protestors exercising their Constitutional rights. Under Wheeler’s watch, 71% of Portlanders do not have a high level of trust in the police, and 79% believe the PPB only sometimes, rarely, or never does a good job reducing or preventing crime. It is time to stop wasting money and stop putting good money after bad.

Portland is already a place where you might be shot in the street like Aaron Danielson for not being a leftist. Imagine the chaos after Iannarone defunds the police.

Reducing the budget of the PPB doesn’t mean there’s nobody there when you call for help. It means more funds available for the alternative types of assistance you may need. We have enough money to help everyone feel safe, and that money should be invested in better housing, transportation, education, health care, and social services that lead to real public safety.

When Marxists start burning your house down in the name of Black Lives Matter, you can call social services, and they will send around a social worker in a couple of weeks to chastise you for your racism.

Now for the really scary part. According to the polls, the communist crazy lady is going to win in a blowout:

Some national polls have Biden up by even more.

If current trends are not reversed, Portland is our near future. Maybe it is a good thing that border wall never got finished, because the last sane people are going to want out of here.
