California Democrats Pass Emergency Law to Prevent Federal Election Oversight

The Democrat electoral strategy can be summed up in one word: cheat. Their reliance on voting by the illegal aliens they let into the country in such massive numbers has been repeatedly confirmed. They vehemently oppose the SAVE Act, despite overwhelming public support for the voter ID required to conduct free and fair elections. Democrats are even willing to facilitate Islamic terrorism to enable election fraud. Now Gavin Newsom has signed an emergency election bill to prevent federal oversight.

The Epoch Times reports:

The new law, Senate Bill 73, authored by state Democratic Sens. Sabrina Cervantes and Tom Umberg, prohibits any person—including federal agents—from accessing voter rolls or election technology without a court order. It also restricts law enforcement from disrupting election workers except in public safety emergencies and makes it a crime to knowingly remove voted ballots from the custody of election officials.

Here’s why Democrats regard this as an emergency:

Newsom signed the election legislation five days ahead of California’s June 2 statewide primary, where a crowded and closely watched governor’s race is already underway.

In a jungle primary, they need to make very sure the top two finishers are not the only non-moonbats in the race, Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco.

Abigail Spanberger Confirms Democrat Reliance on Illegal Alien Votes

Radical District Attorneys have positioned themselves for conflict with the federal government by preventing the enforcement of immigration law at polling places, going so far as to promise they will arrest ICE agents for arresting illegal aliens. They have an ally in Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger.

Fox News reports:

[In] an executive order signed on Tuesday, Spanberger is asking state employees to get federal agents to produce a valid warrant on “property of the Commonwealth” and instructs them to “not permit” federal agents [to use] those areas as staging or processing locations.

The order would include polling sites.

Hans von Spakovsky, a constitutional scholar with Advancing American Freedom, observes that “no warrant is required under federal immigration law to detain individuals.”

Yet Virginia is not alone:

In New York, Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul is asking lawmakers to pass legislation that would ban ICE from entering schools, libraries, polling locations and homes without a judicial warrant.

Massachusetts tried something similar.

Other than lame accusations of “intimidation,” Democrats have made no attempt to explain why they are particularly opposed to the enforcement of immigration law at polling places unless they want illegal aliens to illegally vote.

Democrat DAs Announce Plans to Arrest Law Enforcement for Preventing Illegal Aliens From Voting

In their arrogance, Democrats no longer hide the ball. They intend to seize power by cheating. How else could you interpret Democrat plans to arrest ICE agents for enforcing immigration law at polling places?

The National Pulse reports:

Democratic district attorneys (DAs) from multiple major cities have announced plans to prosecute federal immigration agents who engage in so-called voter intimidation at polling sites during the November midterms, in response to President Donald J. Trump suggesting the deployment of federal forces to ensure election integrity.

Like a bad penny, Soros-appointed Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner turns up once again, barking,

“A federal badge is not a license to violate the Constitution, and it is not a shield from state criminal law. We will prosecute ICE agents who break the law.”

By “violate the Constitution,” he means, prevent illegal aliens from illegally voting. Needless to say, virtually all illegal aliens will vote for the party that let them in and that promises to bestow upon them ever more free money expropriated from Americans.

Research suggests that non-citizens do vote in sufficient numbers to change election results, and that they tend to favor the Democrats. Notably, Democrat politicians have consistently opposed election integrity legislation such as the SAVE Act, requiring voter ID, despite a majority of voters across all ethnicities and party affiliations supporting it.

Confrontations between state and federal authorities would appear inevitable. This is another step toward civil war, which Democrats appear to believe they will win.

Cyndi Lauper: It’s a Woman’s Duty to Help Democrats Cheat

Cyndi says women have a duty to their gender to help Democrats steal elections. Others might say voters have a duty not to listen to idiot moonbats.

As Democrats Kill SAVE Act, American People Overwhelmingly Support Voter ID

The vast majority of Americans support free and fair elections. Democrats oppose them.

No reasonable person could object to the SAVE Act, which has passed the House. It would require voters to provide ID indicating they are American citizens, as in any country that takes honest elections seriously. Yet every single Senate Democrat stands against it.

Slay News reports on a new poll from the Pew Research Center:

The Pew survey found that 83 percent of U.S. adults support requiring photo ID to vote, an increase from 77 percent in 2012.

Support spans across party lines, including:

• 71 percent of Democrats

• 83 percent of independents

• 76 percent of black voters

Support among Republicans has historically been even higher, often approaching 95 percent.

As with the Deporting Fraudsters Act, the Democratic Party stands in open opposition to the American people.

If Democrats manage to kill the SAVE Act as they probably will and then secure power through fraud as is their unambiguous intention, they will not constitute a democratically elected government. They will be our rulers, not our representatives.

Democrats Willing to Facilitate Islamic Terrorism to Facilitate Election Fraud

The Democratic Party is willing to let Americans die in Islamic terror attacks so as to prevent fair elections.

Islamic terror attacks and threats have gripped the country ever since the launch of Operation Epic Fury. The Department of Homeland Security has been subject to a partial shutdown as Democrats have held funding hostage over their disagreements with Trump administration immigration policy. The shutdown began on Feb. 14, and has no end in sight, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has made it clear that a huge reason why is because Democrats want to prioritize keeping ICE out of polling places.

Barks Jeffries, who will be next in line to the presidency after JD Vance if Democrats prevail in the midterms:

“We want an explicit prohibition that ICE can go nowhere near any polling sites in the United States of America. It’s one of our demands, we’re not gonna bend on it.”

They could not make it more obvious that they are counting on the illegal alien vote to secure power. That’s why they oppose the SAVE Act.

At this point, no informed person wishing America well could vote for Democrats. But then, that went double for Zohran Mamdani — and he was elected mayor of our largest city anyway. Demographic displacement works.

Mitch McConnell Stalls SAVE Act

Mitch McConnell is helping Democrats to take power by stalling the crucial SAVE Act.

McConnell, who leads the Senate Rules Committee, is refusing to schedule a vote on the legislation, thus preventing it from moving forward. The bill would create barriers for voting, requiring specific forms of ID in order for Americans to exercise their constitutional right.

“Barriers for voting” is Liberalese for preventing the rampant election fraud that Democrats have made obvious is key to their election strategy. Illegal voting by illegal aliens is the main purpose of Biden’s handlers having allowed millions of them into the country and of the current campaign to prevent ICE from deporting them.

Looks like Trump Derangement Syndrome may have pushed the Napping Turtle’s decomposing brain over the brink. Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN) offers his take:

Although the SAVE Act passed in the House, it will get filibustered by Democrats in the Senate even if it can get past McConnell. But at the very least Republicans need to get it on the record that Democrats oppose election integrity.

Democrats Demand Polling Places Be Off Limits to Immigration Enforcement

To secure power, Democrats are counting on election fraud, much of it involving voting by the illegal aliens Joe Biden’s handlers treasonously imported by the millions. As if their unjustifiable opposition to voting ID did not already make this obvious, Democrats now arrogantly demand that polling places be designated as “sanctuary locations” for foreigners who are in the country illegally.

In resistance to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which is funded by DHS, Democrat leaders have been threatening to push a shutdown on Friday if the Republicans do not capitulate to their “reforms.”

Democrats are willing to go nuclear to prevent the enforcement of immigration law, no doubt counting on the media to blame the damage on Republicans.

Last Friday, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said if Republicans do not give in, there will be a shutdown of “other aspects of DHS, like Coast Guard, like FEMA, and like TSA, which would be very unfortunate.”

Reveals Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso (R-WY):

“They want to ban immigration enforcement from their so-called ‘sensitive locations.’

“The so-called ‘sensitive location’ defined by the Democrats — in the past it included places of worship, hospitals, schools, now they want to include in that list — polling places,” he continued. “Well, think about that. It’s an entirely new provision.”

Barrasso asks the obvious question:

“Why in the world would they be there if they are not trying to vote?”

This begs another obvious question: Why would Democrats unlawfully import them if they did not intend for them to vote?

Democrats are now openly hostile not only to the USA’s territorial integrity and its core population but to free and fair elections. They don’t need to hide their malevolence; they just have to seize enough power to render further elections moot — as they tend to be in the countries the illegal aliens were imported from.
