How to Qualify for Homosexual Set-Asides in California

In moonbat-ruled California, contracts are awarded not only on the basis of being non-white and/or female, but as a reward for engaging in homosexuality.

The scheme operates through the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), which regulates privately owned utility companies. California utilities spent more than $43 billion in 2024 on contractors—fuel suppliers, surveyors, engineers, and others—whose work helps deliver water, gas, electricity, and internet service to California’s 39 million residents.

Back in the 1980s, CPUC established a Supplier Diversity Program to discriminate against white men. Like all things progressive, it progressed:

In September 2014, then-Governor Jerry Brown signed legislation requiring CPUC to recognize “LGBT-owned businesses” as eligible for supplier-diversity benefits. Five years later, Governor Gavin Newsom expanded the program further, “encouraging” other companies involved in the energy sector to award contracts to gay-owned firms.

CPUC now has quotas for how much business must go to firms owned by homosexuals. Here’s how bureaucrats ensure they deserve this privileged status:

Supplier Clearinghouse, a group that certifies firms for the CPUC program, features a list of qualifications linked on its website. Applicants can secure certification by providing a letter from an “LGBT organization” attesting to their sexual preferences; proof that a newspaper identified them as “LGBT”; or three letters from “personal contacts” written “on company letterhead” attesting to their homosexual orientation. Corporate officials who “falsely represent” their business as gay face up to a year in county jail.

Supplier Clearinghouse also accepts gay-certification letters from the National LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce. The chamber has its own list of accepted documents, including human resources complaints or police records claiming LGBT discrimination.

Just to be sure, maybe they should require business owners to submit homemade porno movies.

In California, preferential public contracting is technically illegal. In 1996, voters approved Proposition 209, which banned the state from granting preferential treatment based on race, sex, or ethnicity in public employment, education, and contracting. More than two decades later, in 2020, they rejected an effort to repeal the ban.

Sure, and in 2008, California voters passed Proposition 8, banning homosexual marriage. Where moonbattery prevails, voters only get what they want when they want what they are supposed to.

Denver Public School Teacher Forced Same Sex Students to Kiss

CBS News reports that Denver Public Schools dismissed a 50-year-old French teacher for pushing the envelope too far too fast:

The board voted 7-0 after meeting in executive session to consider the firing of Jennifer Honka.

Students had been complaining to other teachers that Honka staged skits in which students were made to kiss each other — on a same sex basis. Kids who refused to participate were given a score of zero.

Although this is consistent with the aggressive promotion of homosexuality to children in public schools, educrats are not yet ready to take the next logical step from indoctrination to coercion. The public might push back.

Honka had shared with her students that she is a lesbian and active in promoting LGBTism. Her defense is what you would expect:

Honka told investigators she believed she was the subject of discrimination based on her sexual orientation. But, according to the independent review, Honka has filed 18 grievances against the school district as a representative of the teachers’ union. According to the school board, none of them included a discrimination claim.

Discrimination against LGBTers is a preposterous concept in the context of schools these days.

State administrative law judge Keith J. Kirchubel observed that “for all of her asserted interest in a diverse and accepting environment at school, it was (Honka) who attributed the outcry by the students to their strong Christian backgrounds. That statement had its own discriminatory ring.”

Public schools have gone out of their way to promote LGBTism. This encourages unwholesome behavior. It may even draw people to the teaching profession for the wrong reasons.

Resistance to Mandatory LGBTism Spreads to San Francisco Giants

Blake Treinen is not the only August Landmesser standing up to the leftist social engineers running Major League Baseball. Resistance has arisen right in the heart of moral decay — San Francisco.

Late last week, the San Francisco Giants hosted their “Pride Night,” with the team wearing hats with a rainbow-colored Giants logo.

The point is to force players to publicly advocate homosexuality.

Several Giants pitchers, in a statement of their faith, wrote Bible verse designations on their hats.

Landen Roupp followed the lead of Dodger great Clayton Kershaw with a reference to Genesis 9:12-16:

And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

That’s what the rainbow means. For it to be appropriated by militant degenerates in the name of sexual perversion is sheer blasphemy.

A couple other Giants also stood tall. JT Brubaker wrote Genesis 9:13 on his hat. Sam Hentges reportedly refused to wear an LGBT hat at all.

The liberals in charge are not happy:

“The writing on the cap violates our rules, and consistent with normal practice, we have warned the players about future violations,” said Pat Courtney, MLB’s chief communications officer, in a statement.

At least, it violates their rules when they don’t like the message.

Christians have for millennia suffered far worse persecution for their faith than anything MLB moonbats can inflict. This persecution continues in benighted places like Africa and communist China. If a Nigerian has the guts to show up for church in light of recent massacres, no ballplayer should be afraid to write a Bible verse on his hat.

Geriatric Transsexual Serial Killer Let Into Women’s Shelter Convicted of Killing Yet Again

According to liberal ideology, trans women — i.e., men who pretend to be women — actually are women. Moonbats often express their self-righteous compliance with this ideology by allowing cross-dressing men into women’s shelters. This provides opportunities for maniacs like Harvey Marcelin a.k.a. Marceline Harvey.

An 88-year-old transgender serial killer has been sentenced to life in prison for the brutal murder and dismemberment of a woman he met while staying at a women’s shelter in New York City.

Inductees into the Transsexual Violence Hall of Horrors come in all ages.

Marcelin’s victim was 68-year-old Susan Leyden, who was murdered in March of 2022 and had her body parts scattered throughout the neighborhood. Leyden’s headless torso was the first part of her body found after a passerby spotted it in an abandoned shopping cart. The gruesome discovery was blocks away from Marcelin’s Brooklyn apartment, prompting police to search Marcelin’s residence as he had a criminal record that included multiple murders. …

During their search of his residence, investigators discovered Leyden’s head, as well as a number of saws and bloody sheets Marcelin had purchased from a local Home Depot. One of Leyden’s legs was recovered near a garbage can a few blocks away.

As a homicidal maniac, Marcelin has an impressive résumé:

In 1963, Marcelin was arrested for shooting his then-girlfriend Jacqueline Bonds three times inside their Manhattan apartment. He was sentenced to 20 years to life and was paroled in 1984. After his release, he went on to stab another female sexual partner to death, stuffing her corpse in a garbage bag and then dumping it on the street near Central Park.

Why was he ever let out of prison? Because moonbattery.

No wonder classic horror movies like Psycho and Silence of the Lambs feature transsexual killers. Marcelin himself had a starring role in store surveillance footage released by the NYPD:

In it, Marcelin was seen casually utilizing a motorized wheelchair with what appears to be a severed human leg on the seat, visible when Marcelin stands from the chair to look at products in the store.

People are not likely to present themselves as members of the opposite sex unless they are both creepy and crazy.

Liberal establishment ideology is creepy and crazy too. Kings County District Attorney Eric Gonzalez participated in Marcelin’s psychosis by repeatedly referring to him as a “female person of interest.”

Not everyone was happy about his presence in a women’s shelter. But authorities took the predictable side:

Monica Archer was let go from her position at George Daly House, a short-term housing alternative for elderly residents in Alphabet City, even after convicted serial killer Marcelin was charged with the brutal slaying and dismemberment of Leyden.

She says she was canned for complaining to her bosses that Marcelin threatened to kill her.

Archer says that management continued to allow Marcelin to reside at the shelter, despite “knowing that [he] had been accused of and convicted of several murders, allegedly possessed a gun, and regularly threatened to kill staff members.”

Those in charge pay no price for their horrific mistakes, so they go on making them. They continued to put Marcelin in with women:

He remains classified as a “female” inmate in the New York City Department of Corrections database.

For the past four years, Marcelin had been held at the Rose M. Singer Center for female inmates on the basis of his self-declared gender identity, but he was recently moved to the Bellevue Hospital Outposted Therapeutic Housing Unit, likely due to his failing health and advanced age.

Age is all that will stop him from killing more women.

Blasphemous Church Features Drag Queen Culture

Add a dash of sewage to a glass of wine and you have a glass of sewage. Adding moonbattery to a church has the same effect.

MCC Toronto is a “vibrant and progressive church rooted in the Christian tradition and the 2SLGBTQ+ community” that is “open and welcoming to everyone, and a Human Rights Centre that is fiercely committed to social justice,” at least according their website.

“Everyone” does not include Christians.

[D]uring a sermon on ‘Kink Sunday,” preacher JJ Viviers, “preached” a message on Luke 22:7-13 while wearing bondage ropes around his wrists, after they announced they were hosting a “Drag Bingo Extravanganza” to raise money for the worship team, after their minister showed off their all-gender bathrooms.

During their recent sermon celebrating Pride Month, for their offertory, they had a drag queen perform a rendition of “I Will Survive”, where a talentless and unathletic drag queen traipsed throughout the sanctuary, collecting dollar bills from congregants and stuffing them into his bra.

If Dante had known the human race would sink to these depths, he would have described a different innermost circle of hell.

Dodger Pitcher Blake Treinen Is a Modern August Landmesser

August Landmesser is admired to this day for being the lone German who refused to give a Nazi salute at the launch of army vessel in 1936. The photo showing him standing with arms folded is iconic. His modern equivalent pitches for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Blake Treinen refused to wear a hat promoting sexual perversion on LGBTQ Pride Night last Friday.

Fox News reminds us that Treinen has rebelled before:

When the Dodgers decided to reinvite and honor the anti-Christian drag nun group, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, he made his stance clear. Treinen said that he was “disappointed to see The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence being honored as heroes at Dodger Stadium. Many of their performances are blasphemous, and their work only displays hate and mockery of Catholics and the Christian faith.”

Treinen is not alone. Apparently catcher Alex Call didn’t wear a rainbow hat either. A couple of years ago, Dodger great Clayton Kershaw responded to Pride Night by writing “Gen 9:12-16” on his hat. That part of Genesis establishes the true meaning of the rainbow, which has been blasphemously appropriated by the militantly sinful.

Hats off to those with the guts to stand their ground.
