Posts on social media channels showed protests in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto and in Chicago, where a convoy of cars temporarily blocked a highway and entrance to Chicago O’Hare airport.

In New York, protests organized by pro-Palestinian groups the People’s Forum and Palestinian Youth Movement held a rally at Fifth Avenue and 59th Street – the apex of Manhattan’s luxury shopping district…

In San Francisco … protesters gathered to call for a permanent ceasefire as well as an end to US spending on the war.

“Ceasefire” means unconditional surrender to Hamas. Terrorists are not expected to abide by ceasefires. The US spending they object to is aide for Israel; Biden will continue to shovel mountains of our money at Hamas with their approval.

In what has become a running trend across the globe throughout December, pro-Hamas protesters once again crashed a Christmas production, this time in Melbourne, Australia. Named “Carols by Candlelight,” the event is held to raise money for blind children.

Hamlet alleged to the station that his teacher proceeded to wave the pitchfork over students’ heads as they entered the classroom and said “hail Satan” to them.

The teacher appears to favor repetition as an instructional approach:

“I said, ‘Don’t do that to me,’ and I pushed [the pitchfork] away, maybe three or four times, and he still said it and still did it,” Hamlet recounted to KPNX.

No doubt this was supposed to be funny, but given the depraved sexual ideology public schools have been pushing on kids, not everybody was laughing. It could be that Hamlet was targeted for special attention because his father has run as a conservative school board candidate.

This being Mesa and not San Francisco, the teacher was placed on paid administrative leave. If it were San Francisco, he would have gotten a promotion and Hamlet would have been suspended for complaining.

ABC7 reported her bodyguard parked the $90,000 county Tahoe SUV just outside the Family Justice Center and came back to find the windows smashed.

Imagine how much worse life in Oakland is for those who don’t have presumably armed bodyguards.

A source from the Oakland Police Department reported that Price waited an hour for authorities to arrive before she decided to file a report online.

At least the culprits might get prosecuted, in the unlikely event they are apprehended.

Price had some help in her rise to power, as a story from last August reminds us:

Alameda County district attorney Pamela Price, who took $130,000 from [George] Soros for her failed 2018 bid, secured the position for her boyfriend Antwon Cloird, the San Jose Mercury News reported Sunday. Cloird joined Price’s office as a “senior program specialist” in 2023, with a $115,502 per year salary. Price brought him onto her team without disclosing their relationship, although it is an “open secret” in the office, according to the report.

Since becoming district attorney in 2022, Price has presided over a massive crime surge in Oakland…

Crime in Oakland has been skyrocketing across the board. Business owners recently held a strike to protest rising crime and inadequate protection. Lifelong residents have been escaping. Even the Oakland NAACP is fed up:

The Black advocacy group wrote a letter that was aimed directly at Price.

‘Failed leadership, including the movement to defund the police, our District Attorney’s unwillingness to charge and prosecute people who murder and commit life-threatening serious crimes, and the proliferation of anti-police rhetoric have created a heyday for Oakland criminals,’ the letter said.

‘If there are no consequences for committing crime in Oakland, crime will continue to soar.’

That’s the point of installing tools like Price, who has pushed for less prison time even for murderers. She responded to the NAACP with disappointment that “a great African-American organization would take a false narrative on such an important matter.”

Devout liberals know there is only one True Narrative, according to which criminals are the good guys because racism.

Less than 24 hours after launching, Oakland Police Department has ended the social media crime reporting program.

The announcement went out Friday night, soon after Price lost her laptop.

Police said on Thursday that around 20 of the 70 pro-Palestine protestors, “all students,” bypassed the point where entrants are supposed to scan their IDs. …

A senior at Cooper Union who asked not to be identified accused demonstrators of yelling “antisemitic rhetoric” as they pounded on a large library window.

The siege reportedly lasted for 40 minutes despite repeated 911 calls. As Riley Gaines could tell you, the experience surely wasn’t pleasant.

In light of the leftist practice of projecting their own crimes on their victims, accusations of “genocide” are increasingly alarming.

What kind of country will we live in when these students are in charge? California already gives a good idea:

[A] resolution passed by the Richmond City Council around 1 a.m. Wednesday states, in part, that Palestinians in Gaza “are currently facing a campaign of ethnic cleansing and collective punishment by the state of Israel.”

That “is considered a war crime under international law,” the resolution states.

Richmond is in the ultraliberal San Francisco Bay Area.

Accusing the victims of war crimes is a revealing way to respond to a Hamas terror atrocity that killed 1,400, including the torture, mutilation, and beheading of toddlers.

An unhoused man who has been living across the street from a California school for more than two years is turning some heads with a sign that says, “Free fentanyl for new users.”

Moore is a convicted sex offender who set up camp across the street from a Catholic grade school in San Francisco more than two years ago… Moore is on the Megan’s Law website for “lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.” … Moore is apparently not considered a “high-risk” offender, so he does not have to follow the rule to stay 2,000 feet away from any school.

Finally a parent punched him in the face, and the police moved him along for camping on the sidewalk. Moore was even arrested on a probation violation.

Then, police decided to delay pursing the probation violation. He was out of custody Friday night.

He is pressing charges against the parent who allegedly punched him.

[Jason] Williams was walking his 78-year-old mother to his car when two suspects approached the pair, pointed a gun at them and demanded the DA’s car, according to WVUE. The suspects then jumped into the car and drove off before abandoning the vehicle in an undisclosed location and carjacking a young woman in the area 30 minutes later, the NOPD confirmed.

Sounds like a typical day in a typical diverse Democrat-run city. This increasingly ordinary event makes the news because Williams is the district attorney. He was put in office to enable the criminals who robbed him.

The DA was elected in 2020 after George Soros donated $220,000 to the Louisiana Justice and Public Safety PAC to run campaigns against Williams’ opponent, according to the Capital Research Center. Williams campaigned on a platform of social justice reform, promising to find “alternatives to incarceration” for some criminals and to reform the “ineffective and unfair money bail system,” according to his campaign website.

Soros has used his ill-gotten $billions to install pro-criminal DAs throughout the country, including Alvin Bragg (New York) George Gascon (Los Angeles), Kim Foxx (Chicago), Kim Ogg (Houston), Larry Krasner (Philadelphia), Chesa Boudin (San Francisco), Kim Gardner (St Louis), Marilyn Mosby (Baltimore), and Monique Worrell (central Florida). The apparent objective is to create enough violence to set the stage for gun confiscation, without which the leftist agenda cannot proceed much further due to the public resistance it would engender.

Before the Long March Through the Institutions got ahold of DA’s offices, their purpose was to prosecute criminals. Williams has a different objective. He proclaims that “we must root out all vestiges of white supremacy in our systems and institutions.”

He has attempted to advance this agenda by letting criminals run amok:

Williams declined to prosecute 65% of all criminal cases in New Orleans in 2021, but slowly began to prosecute more cases as crime in the city rose, according to data from the New Orleans government’s office. The DA still continues to prosecute, on average, only 44% of the criminals who have been charged by police.

Sometimes you have to turn the gas down slightly or the frog jumps out of the pot.

New Orleans was named the “murder capital of the United States” in 2022, and violent crime was the leading cause of death for children in the city that same year. Auto thefts in the city have increased 104% since 2022, and total crime has increased 8% since the start of the year, police data showed.

Elections have consequences, especially when the results are bought and paid for by George Soros.

A 2015 alumna of UCLA, Davina Farahi, 31, who works with the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, heard about the presentation and signed on to Zoom to watch it.

“It started out as Makdisi representing Israel as a colonial power and compared it to a colonizing apartheid state.”

Razack did not dispute claims about the tone and content of the talk.

On the contrary, in an emailed statement to the New York Post she denounced Israel as “a settler colonial society that came into existence through the dispossession of Palestinians.”

Israel won back those territories in the Six-Day War of 1967, but that was actually ending an occupation, not starting one: the only international law governing sovereignty over those territories stipulated that they were to be part of a national home for the Jewish people.

So from whom was the land stolen? Not from the Ottomans, who had ceded it to the League of Nations. Not from the league, which had granted administrative powers over it to the British. The lecturer’s identity has been kept anonymous by Stanford, but according to Campus Reform and The Daily Mail, students identified him as 46-year-old Ameer Hasan Loggins. Loggins was close to former NFL quarterback and social justice activist Colin Kaepernick and helped radicalize Kaepernick. Earlier this week, students said Loggins singled out Jewish students in his class and told them to grab their belongings and stand in a corner, saying, “This is what Israel does to the Palestinians,” The Forward reported.

“He asked how many Jews died in the Holocaust,” and when students said 6 million, “he said, ‘Yes. Only 6 million,’” Nourya Cohen, who spoke with Jewish students in the class, told The San Francisco Chronicle. Loggins reportedly proceeded to downplay the Holocaust by comparing it to European colonization, which he said killed more people than the Holocaust.

There’s that term “colonization” again. From the woke viewpoint, it is the ultimate evil, far worse that Nazi death camps and Hamas terrorists beheading small children.

The solution to colonization is decolonization. That term equates directly to the eradication of Western Civilization. Leftists support Hamas because they see Islam as a tool to achieve this.

The U.S. Forest Service is allocating more than $100 million for grants meant to achieve “tree equity,” according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis.

Even the $100 million is a small fraction of the waste:

The Forest Service announced on Sept. 14 that it had allocated over $1 billion toward expanding “access” to trees, including 17 grant proposals that promote “tree equity” with a total value of $101,096,371.

“Tree equity” means providing trees specifically to people who belong to politically favored identity groups.

The grants are funded through the Inflation Reduction Act, Biden’s signature climate law.

There is zero chance of the grotesque legislation affecting the climate in any measurable way, but it has helped keep inflation high, as wasteful government spending always does.

Tree equity entails spending our money to plant trees even where there are already plenty of trees:

While trees cover nearly half of Atlanta, the most coverage in the nation according to Trees Atlanta, the Forest Service approved a grant to the city for $10 million to “address issues related to tree equity” and develop a “sustainable, diverse nature-based workforce.” Similarly, San Francisco had 14,543 trees per square mile as of 2021, and the Forest Service allocated $14 million to plant more trees this year, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

With our liberal rulers, the issue is never the issue; the issue is always moonbattery:

A grant to the Oregon Department of Forestry worth $22,857,196, one of the biggest individual grants approved by the Forest Service, promises to use “Indigenous ecological knowledge” to train people in planting, maintaining and monitoring trees. Another grant to the Ebiil Society for $740,000 will also use “Indigenous ecological knowledge” to teach people about trees.

Biden’s ongoing tsunami of illegal aliens have not been forgotten:

Aurora, Colorado’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Open Space received $5,000,000 to plant trees in neighborhoods with “high immigrant and refugee populations” in order to “prioritize equity, social justice and sustainable urban forest management.”

Urban forests are suitable places to set up Third World encampments. Just don’t try walking through one alone.

Constitutional scholars will search in vain for the clause that grants the federal government authority to waste our money on this nonsense.

Don’t call it looting. That would be racially insensitive. Call it “reparations,” like they do in Chicago:

On Tuesday the big box retailer announced plans to close nine stores, effective Oct. 21.

“We cannot continue operating these stores because theft and organized retail crime are threatening the safety of our team and guests, and contributing to unsustainable business performance,” the company said in a statement.

Can you guess where the stores are? That’s right, ultraliberal cities:

The stores set to close include one in Harlem, N.Y; two in Seattle, Wash.; three near San Francisco and Oakland, Calif.; and three in Portland, Ore.

Target loves liberalism but has no choice:

Target expects to lose roughly $1.2 billion in profits from retail theft in 2022 and 2023.

No worries. The same Democratic politicians who encourage rioting will replace Target with government stores. The nice thing about communism is that you don’t have to worry about theft, since there is nothing on the shelves to steal.

Cruz and Comer noted that Ann Carlson, the current acting administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), worked as a consultant for Sher Edling before she joined the Biden administration.

Carlson has pushed regulation meant to deprive us of proper automobiles and force us into unsafe, unaffordable, unreliable, and often unusable glorified golf carts, as an intermediary step toward abolishing independent transport for the hoi polloi altogether.

Fox News Digital previously reported that she helped raise money from donors for the firm’s litigation, a scheme that involved famed actor Leonardo DiCaprio…

Rich leftists like DiCaprio travel by superyacht while demanding the rest of us live like peasants because the climate.

Regarding the lawfare,

Since 2016, the year Sher Edling was founded, the firm has pursued aggressive climate-related litigation on behalf of Delaware, Minnesota, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York City, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Baltimore, Honolulu and several local governments across the country. The first-of-their-kind lawsuits allege major oil companies like Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell have deceived the public about climate change.

Leftist ideology dictates that the fossil fuels that keep us alive by serving as the lifeblood of the economy make it be too warm outside. Anyone who fails to echo this dogma is a purveyor of misinformation.

According to tax filings, between 2017 and 2020, the secretive Collective Action Fund for Accountability, Resilience, and Adaptation (CAF) wired more than $5.2 million to Sher Edling. Then, in 2021 alone, CAF funneled another $3 million to the firm.

Like the MSM, CAF appears to be an unofficial branch of the Democratic Party:

CAF switched its fiscal sponsorship from the Resources Legacy Fund to the New Venture Fund (NVF), a nonprofit that is part of the left-wing Arabella Advisors network and which boasts deep connections to big-dollar Democratic Party donors, sometime in 2021.

Money pours into CAF from pernicious left-wing foundations, of which there are many, including the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.

“Some left-wing groups funnel millions to law firms to sue companies across the country on questionable legal grounds,” Comer remarked during a Sept. 13 Oversight Committee hearing on third-party litigation funding. “They are trying to use the courts to put these companies out of business or limit their ability to bring new products to market.”

Comer continues:

“These groups know that their tactics and goals are too extreme for the American people to support. So, rather than use the electoral process, they are implementing their agenda through litigation against both the public and private sectors.”

Democrats favor the democratic approach only so long as they find it expedient. Their agenda is so conspicuously malevolent that not even the complicit media can make it palatable to voters.
