Already liberals are officially codifying the racial caste system we live under. In deep blue Portland, government school educrats and unions officially agree that misbehaving students who are not black or ostentatiously sexually perverted must be punished more severely:

A new collective bargaining agreement between Portland Public Schools and its unionized teachers requires school officials to consider a disruptive student’s race, gender identity, and sexual orientation when crafting that student’s disciplinary plan.

When a student exhibits “continuous disruptive behavior,” the agreement says, school officials must develop a “support plan” for the student, which can include disciplinary measures such as detention. That plan “must take into consideration the impact of issues related to the student’s trauma, race, gender identity/presentation, sexual orientation … and restorative justice as appropriate for the student,” according to the agreement.

The agreement explicitly focuses disciplinary policy on “racial equity and social justice.” The objective is not to maintain order in the classroom, but to punish or reward students for their race.

The lunacy isn’t limited to Portland:

The policy change reflects a broader effort at both the federal and local levels to develop race-conscious disciplinary rules for public school students. Earlier this year, for example, the Biden administration released a memo urging schools to refrain from suspending students for truancy, arguing that “significant disparities by race … have persisted in the application of student discipline.” School districts in Washington and Illinois, meanwhile, have adopted disciplinary policies that aim to provide a “culturally responsive” and “restorative approach” to student discipline.

Lighter punishment for those most likely to misbehave will further disrupt classrooms. This is not a bug but a feature. Only when no one is able to learn anything can equity be imposed.

The boycott is said to have followed a player suffering a broken knee when ‘blocking a shot’ from the trans player Francesca Needham, 30.

When word spread about the incident, some players refused to play against Needham for ‘safety’ reasons and two matches in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Women’s League were called off.

So Mr. Needham is threatening to sue the real women for not wanting their knees broken.

A Vermont high school is suing state officials after they were banned from all athletic and academic events for refusing to allow their girls basketball team to compete against a transgender player, Fox News reported.

Mid Vermont Christian School says they were barred from all athletic play after forfeiting against a Long Trail girls high school basketball team that had a biological male on their team on Feb. 21.

Women are forewarned that transsexual violence against them may not be limited to sports arenas:

Male transgender activists allegedly attacked several women who were holding a sidewalk protest for women’s rights in Portland, Oregon, on Sunday.

The car was declared a “biohazard” and effectively totaled.

Vivian Ginger-Rain Shemansky, 44, was located by the Portland Police nearby and was arrested.

Even though he had two arrest warrants for prior incidents when they picked him up, they let him loose the same day on “monitored pretrial release.”

On social media, Shemansky has long documented her [sic] gender transition with photos of her [sic] estrogen medication and posts about her [sic] gender affirming surgery. She [sic] also regularly denounced transphobia, fascism and racism.

The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office refuses to say whether Shemansky is locked up with men or women during his brief incarcerations.

The guide suggested removing femininity from terms commonly used for women, including replacing “pregnant women” with “pregnant people” to be inclusive of those “who have this experience [pregnancy] but do not identify as women.”

Only when all women have rejected womanhood can this transphobic concept be abolished, thereby opening the gates of utopia.

A 30-year-old male transsexual has been charged with fatally stabbing a taxi driver in Portland on Easter Sunday.

The driver was butchered just a few minutes into a fare.

It was “vicious, senseless and brutal,” said [Radio Cab spokesman Darin] Campbell. “There was no conversation. No altercation. Nothing.”

Moses Lopez has been arrested for the murder. As with most violence under moonbat rule, he should have been behind bars but had been allowed to run amok.

Just days before the murder, on April 3, Lopez had been arrested and charged with menacing two people with a dangerous weapon in Coos County, but was subsequently cut loose without having to post bail.

Lopez is an LGBTQ+ activist. He claims to be a woman.

The suspect’s Facebook page has pictures of him posing in blue nail polish with LGBT symbols, with one rainbow-crowded image captioned, “Love wins pride.”

It’s too dark to be the Babylon Bee; it must be real news.

Lopez appears to have begun masquerading as a woman around 2018, having previously identified as a gay man.

Homosexuality is the gateway drug to transsexualism, which in turn leads to still more disturbing depths of depravity. A society that incentivizes insanity reaps as it sows.

Criminal maniacs like Lopez have a suitable home in ultraliberal Portland:

Both the United Nations and the American Psychological Association (APA) have found that humans are increasingly at risk of climate change-induced mental health issues.

The UN and APA are likewise expert in the field of moonbattery.

In 2021, a global study found that 45% of people between the ages of 16 and 25 said climate anxiety was affecting their daily lives.

The percentage of people whose daily lives are affected by climate change itself is more like zero. But those who enjoy wallowing in neurosis can still seize on it to make themselves miserable.

Too bad they make others miserable too. Small children do not know better than to take enviromoonbattery seriously.
