A woman who allegedly stabbed a man in Lynnwood apparently kept a journal in which she wrote, “I stabbed my first person in the back … it felt good.”

The media could not get past the second word without lying. The guy who admitted killing 35-year Michael Marks is no woman.

According to charging papers reported by the Everett Herald, Cali Anderson wrote: “So this morning I stabbed my first person in the back, literally stabbed, it felt good and of course, I was smart and left the scene right away, so I don’t know what happened after that.”

“Cali,” already a twice-convicted criminal, afterward claimed it was self-defense.

Anderson was identified in court papers by her [sic] legal name, Christopher Brian Anderson. Her attorneys noted she [sic] was being held in protective custody in jail because she [sic] is transgender.

No doubt he will receive privileged treatment throughout his short stay in the penal system, probably including residence in a woman’s facility, as is the custom in Washington State.

Speaking of male psychopaths getting regal treatment in women’s prisons, let’s slide down the Left Coast to visit Dana Rivers:

A transgender triple murderer controversially housed in a women’s prison has been accused of ‘preying on inmates’ while bragging about receiving ‘special treatment’ due to California’s woke incarceration policies.

Dana Rivers, 68, who previously went by David Chester Warfield before transitioning to female, brutally shot and stabbed lesbian couple Charlotte Reed and Patricia Wright, before turning the gun on their 19-year-old adopted son Benny Diambu-Wright in November 2016.

At her [sic] sentencing last month, judge Scott Patton said the killings were ‘the most depraved crime I ever handled in the criminal justice system in 33 years’.

Hold on, judge. Progressives aren’t done progressing.

Decades before her [sic] horrific crime, Rivers was a renowned transgender activist who made national headlines in 1999 after being fired from her [sic] teaching job for transitioning genders, and angering faculty by reportedly discussing ‘sexuality and the importance of gender self-determination’ with students.

Rivers/Warfield should have been placed in a rubber room. Instead, he sued the school and received a $150,000 settlement. Now he is queen of Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla.

‘Rivers has been a problem since (she) [sic] rolled in the door,’ one inmate at the facility told the Washington Free Beacon. ‘(She) [sic] is trying to control the women, saying he gets to bypass everything — special treatment.’

Transsexuals get special treatment in the military, why not in prison? After all, the media tells us they are marginalized.

Trantifa should have no problem recruiting suitably violent psychopaths to enforce the Democrat agenda at the street level. The fundamental transformation of America is producing a bumper crop.

Nothing was more wholesome and all-American than the Boy Scouts of America. So moonbats infiltrated and corrupted the organization. Because children are involved, the emphasis has been on perverted sex, in keeping with liberal proclivities.

Amid the hundreds of tents erected for the Boy Scouts of America’s National Jamboree, one especially stands out — decorated with a canopy of LGBTQ Pride flags and a string of multicolored lights, its tables covered with bowls of rainbow bracelets, pronoun stickers and diversity patches.

“This is my entire world,” said 18-year-old River Capell, a scout volunteer from Northern Virginia who describes themselves as nonbinary and pansexual.

River says the embrace of politicized sexual depravity by the BSA has been “incredibly welcoming and positive.”

Now that only a liberal would be willing to send their son out into the woods with these creeps, the BSA can be added to the list of institutions that have fallen to progressives.

The triumphant obituary was written by “queer journalist” Mike De Socio, who essentially admits that his fellow homosexuals have destroyed the BSA:

The organization lost nearly half of its membership between 2019 and 2020. This national event represents one of its first steps out of a generational nadir brought about by the pandemic, a sexual abuse scandal and an ensuing bankruptcy.

The BSA had barely resolved its struggle over membership policies — fully admitting gay men in 2015 and trans boys in 2017, and then cisgender girls in 2018 — before facing an avalanche of sexual abuse claims.

The BSA was crushed by a $2.46 billion settlement. Submitting to LGBT bullies comes at a price.

All’s well that ends well. As every Democrat knows, you have to destroy before you can replace:

Scouts within the ranks [i.e., leftist adults who had infiltrated the organization in order to subvert it] seized the moment to press for a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. A collective dubbed “Scouts for Black Lives” successfully pushed the organization to commit to a slate of projects, including a new diversity merit badge required for Eagle Scout rank.

No word on whether you can still achieve Eagle Scout status without an anal sex merit badge.

The BSA has been repurposed. It now serves to indoctrinate children with woke ideology and groom them on behalf of the Alphabet People. You may as well turn your son over to NAMBLA.

A Seattle court has ruled that a female-only nude spa lacks the “constitutional right” to bar males from their facilities. The decision comes after the spa sued the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC), which had forced them to change their sex-exclusive policy due to the complaint of a transgender patron.

The spa is willing to let in men, but only if they have had sex change operations. A guy calling himself Haven Wilvich finds these terms unacceptable.

Wilvich had sought a membership at the Olympus Spa in January of 2020, but had been denied on the basis that he had not undergone “gender reassignment” surgeries and his penis was fully intact. …

The spa requires nudity in some of the areas, and, as such, has been reserved for female clientele.

You can see why the spa was not likely to get a favorable ruling from liberal authorities:

The owner of the spa, Myoon Woon Lee, and the spa’s president, Sun Lee, are of Korean heritage and modeled the spa after the tradition of jjimjilbang. They are also Christian, and cited their faith as a reason why they did not wish to accommodate males in the facility.

Let’s hope they aren’t from North Korea. Imagine the heartbreak if they escaped that hellhole seeking freedom only to end up on the Left Coast.

“We firmly believe it is essential for the safety, legal protection, and well-being of our customers and employees that we maintain adherence to this adaptation of a females-only rule,” Sun Lee wrote, also providing education on the cultural traditions of the jjimjilbang.

That’s fine with everyone, except liberal ideology dictates that men are female if they say they are. Consequently, WSHRC ruled that the spa is in violation of state “antidiscrimination” law by not letting perverts ogle the naked clientele.

The Pre-Finding Settlement required the spa to remove all references to “biological women” on their site, and provide staff with “inclusivity” training.

There is a reason that LGBTists denounce people with enough character to put up resistance as “bullies.” It is because they themselves are bullies.

In a recent email survey taken by 35,000 current and former members, the national organization asked a broad range of questions about what changes — if any — should be made to its usage and portrayal of Native American imagery, ceremonies and rituals.

Despite decades of calls for reforms from some scouts and Indigenous advocates, the organization still encourages scouts to don headdresses and imitate Indigenous dances as part of its honor society. Some chapters and camps carry made-up, Indigenous-sounding names. Indigenous advocates have decried the depictions as racist and oppressive.

Minority group crybullies have to take racist oppression where they can find it these days.

The Boy Scouts’ poll comes amid growing, national backlash over the misappropriation of Indigenous culture. In recent years, professional sports teams have retired their Native American mascots. Federal and state governments have renamed parks and monuments. And both the YMCA and Camp Fire stopped using Indigenous names for campsites and chapters in youth development programs.

As noted yesterday, New York State has banned Indian nicknames. Iconic characters like Chief Wahoo, the Land O’Lakes Indian Maiden, and the Crying Indian who rebuked us for littering have been canceled.

Soon Indians will be erased completely. Then no one will be able to offend them anymore.

Thank liberal do-gooders for Seattle’s first homicide of 2023:

On Wednesday a judge found probable cause to hold Allister Baldwin in jail for the grisly murder of Ivette Wallin, who lived at the Canaday House in South Lake Union.

A bloody knife and drug paraphernalia were found at the scene of what police call a domestic violence incident.

Baldwin, 46, was previously arrested in 2020 in a domestic violence incident involving another woman. The Northwest Community Bail Fund posted cash bail to help him go free until the trial began. Charges were later dropped when the victim refused to testify for the prosecution.

Baldwin might have killed Wallin anyway, but he should tip his cap to the Northwest Community Bail Fund for doing what it could to help.

The Northwest Community Bail Fund is a nonprofit group that helps indigent defendants using donations from the public.

The money likely originates with left-leaning do-gooders of the type who gave so many $millions to Black Lives Matter grifters in the midst of the riots and mayhem of 2020.

Moonbat do-goodery originates in the fanciful never-never land of liberalism, but it has real world consequences:

In May, police said Kylan Houle broke into a Skyway home and shot the father of four who lived there. Months before the alleged murder, the fund put up bail for Houle’s release on two pending felony gun charges.

Last June, Michael Sedejo was charged with stabbing a man to death at City Hall Park. A month before the deadly crime, Sedejo was in jail and charged with assault and robbery until the Northwest Community Bail Fund paid for his release, pending trial.

Other pernicious effects of the do-goodery fall short of directly getting people killed:

Nearly 52% of the defendants bailed out by the fund since mid-2020 failed to appear for their court dates, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. That compares to 22% of defendants who failed to show up that didn’t get the fund’s help.

Also, among those the bail fund assisted, more than 20% were later charged with a new felony versus 15% of defendants who posted bail without the fund.

But the important thing is for the donors to feel self-righteous about expiating their imaginary privilege. Their donations prove that they are good people, even if their ideology calls upon them to reject morality as bigoted, racist, homophobic, ethnocentric, Christofascist, et cetera.

A suspect has chewed off an elderly man’s ear and some of his face in a horrific attack on a Portland train platform.

The injuries were so severe that some of the 78-year-old man’s skull was exposed after the violent attack in the suburb of Gresham in the state of Oregon on Tuesday morning.

If you can reach it from the city by train, so can the riffraff that has taken over the city.

Police arrested 25-year-old suspect Koryn Kraemer and booked him on an accusation of assault in the second degree

Drugs were involved, including fentanyl and marijuana. Kraemer says he believed his victim to be a robot. He is likely to be or to eventually become a member of the homeless community that liberal policies have encouraged to flourish in places like Portland, where psychosis and drug use are the norm.

Our moonbat rulers have decreed that, to signal compliance with their ideology, all vehicles must be electric — even heavy trucks, even school buses, even military vehicles. However, electric garbage trucks are not working out in New York:

The [Department of Sanitation] aims to switch all 6,000 vehicles in its fleet from gas to electric as part of the state’s goal to reduce emissions by 2040. But city officials say they haven’t found electric garbage trucks that are powerful enough to plow snow.

The department has ordered seven electric rear loader garbage trucks, custom-made by Mack and costing more than $523,000 each, with delivery slated for the spring. Used for curbside trash collection, the department’s current rear loader truck fleet runs on diesel and is outfitted with plows to clear streets during snow season.

But officials say previous electric trucks tested by sanitation have not lasted longer than four hours plowing snow before running out of power…

Fortunately, the same ideology that makes overpriced, unreliable electric trucks necessary also provides a solution. Just wait for global warming to melt the snow.

The founder of the Cult of Global Warming has been bellowing since at least 2007 that immediate radical action is required because the planet has a fever. Surely the snow must have melted already.

New York City’s commitment to plowing each street puts the sanitation department’s 2,100 collection trucks to work each winter, clearing the equivalent of 19,000 miles of street lanes. The service is one of the mayor’s most important duties. Mayors Bill de Blasio and Michael Bloomberg both faced withering criticism while in office for slow snow removal.

No worries. Government’s only commitment now is to uphold leftist ideology. All Eric Adams needs to do is denounce anyone who doesn’t like streets waist-deep in snow as a climate denier who hates The Science.

In America, we are all equal before the law. This is one reason progressives reject America. They would prefer a system where the law applies differently depending on identity group. The kooks running Washington State inflict progress in this regard:

If a party to a civil lawsuit accuses his opponent’s lawyers of any sort of racial stereotyping, judges must order a retrial. That appears to be the implication of an October ruling from the Washington State Supreme Court.

Adherents to the cult of Critical Race Theory have laid a weighty thumb on the scales of justice.

The background indicates that this is as crazy as it sounds:

The ruling came after a black woman, Janelle Henderson, demanded $3.5 million in damages from a white defendant, Alicia Thompson, who had rear-ended her. At the trial, which took place in 2019, Thompson’s lawyers described Henderson as “combative,” suggested she had coached her witnesses, and accused her of exaggerating her injuries for financial gain.

When the jury only awarded Henderson $9,200—not the millions she’d sued for—she filed a motion for a new trial, claiming that the defense’s “biased statements” had “influenced the jury’s unconscious bias.”

The Washington Supreme Court agreed. By calling Henderson “combative,” [state justice Raquel] Montoya-Lewis wrote, the defense evoked “the harmful stereotype of an ‘angry Black woman.’” And by suggesting that she had coached her witnesses, it “alluded to racist stereotypes about Black women as untrustworthy and motivated by the desire to acquire an unearned financial windfall.”

Evidently this means that because she is “oppressed,” Henderson can keep suing until a jury awards her the $3.5 million — if she is still willing to settle for such a paltry sum.

As for how race-based justice works if you have the wrong skin color, ask Derek Chauvin.

Attorneys observe that the ruling…

…could make it next to impossible to defend against civil suits from minority plaintiffs, let alone conduct a normal trial. By definition, trial lawyers must question the opposing party’s credibility, often by implying negative things about them; if any such implication can be recast as a racial trope, litigants will have unlimited ammunition to challenge outcomes they don’t like.

Anything whatsoever can be recast as a racial trope. This is the basis of the racial grievance industry, which has made grifters like Al Sharpton and Ibram X. Kendi rich.

[T]he new standard could encourage defendants to settle based on the race of the plaintiff. Attorneys’ fees are expensive, even for frivolous lawsuits, said Mark Lamb, a civil litigator in Seattle. “If you have to bear the expense of another trial,” Lamb said, “it effectively works as a financial penalty on the party that initially prevailed.”

Facts are irrelevant. If you belong to a preferred racial group, you win. If you are white, you lose. Liberals call this “social justice.”

Democrats love nothing more than to spend other people’s money. Naturally, their favorite people to spend it on is themselves. In 101% Democrat Oakland, the city government is sending all residents — illegal aliens included — $100 vouchers to donate to the moonbats comprising the city government.

Their witless constituents are fine with it:

Nearly 74% of the city’s voters approved Measure W, mandating that the city biannually send four $25 dollar vouchers to residents 18 years of age and older for donations to mayoral, City Council or school board candidates, the [San Francisco Chronical] reported.

The free money comes out of taxpayers’ pockets. Further up the Left Coast, Seattle enacted something similar in 2017.

Like most outrages inflicted by progressives, it is said to benefit preferred racial groups.

Oakland Rising Executive Director Liz Suk, whose organization co-sponsored Measure W, argued the Seattle program had “increased … voter turnout from communities of color,” the Chronicle reported. However, opposing Alameda County Taxpayers Association President Marcus Crawley contended the Oakland measure was “biased toward incumbents,” deeming it a waste of money.

Oakland voters also moved in favor of a ballot measure to allow non-citizen public school parents to vote for school board directors.

Not only do people who are in the country illegally get to educate their kids at our extravagant expense, they get to pick who teaches them. This could backfire on moonbats, as invaders from anywhere would be less likely than Americans to support LGBT indoctrination.

Another free money program in Oakland pays lucky recipients $500 per month not to be Caucasians.

If the decay continues, as goes California, so goes the nation. As goes Oakland, so goes California.
